This type of mount allows both horizontal and vertical adjustments between 30 degrees up or down (-30 degrees increments), +/- 50 degrees left or right (+/-50 degrees increments), as well as antiAlias features enabled if desired such as letting you independently adjust each eye towards different target distances without affecting each other! The downside is that elevations bearings require more setup time since there's no inherent holding position once mounted; however, they're much easier to take apart should something go wrong! Altoona, Iowa is a city in Johnson County, Iowa, United States. The population was 9,925 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Johnson County. The city was founded in 1854 by John A. Denny and named for Altoona, Pennsylvania. Apostle Cottonwood built a sawmill on the river in 1855 and began to process logs into furniture for local homes and businesses. In 1865, he married Anna (née Hodge) and they started a grocery store on Church Street in downtown Altoona that became one of the largest food stores in Iowa. They also raised chickens and pigs on their farm east of town until it became extinct in 1925 due to overgrazing by dairy cows. In 1875, Denny donated land to build a public schoolhouse – the first educational institution west of the Mississippi River – which served as both a stopgap measure until an actual school could be built closer to residents and as an important initial step towards turning Altoona into a full-fledged town. This new school district included parts of what are now Johnson County as well as part of Crawford County; this proto-municipality would later become Des Moines proper. The first post office opened at Altoona on October 10, 1876; it would stay open until 1922 when it moved to Westville because railroad tracks crossed Clear Creek there near present-day Polo Hill Rd./Hwy 169/US 14 (this location is currently occupied by SEPTA's Red Line station). Altoona soon became known for its beautiful flower gardens which were used as sites for graduationuations and other events during early 20th century America; these days most of these gardens can still be seen along Clear Creek Drive NE just north of US 14 where they once stood tall against development encroaching upon their former beauty: Altoona's civic community rapidly grew with new churches being erected throughout central Johnson County including First Congregational Baptist Church (1886), Methodist Episcopal Church (1892), Presbyterian Dutch Reformed Church (1900), Lutheran Evangelical German Immigrant Society Chapel (1907), African American Baptist Churches Fellowship Hall Annex/Church School Annex building completed 1928/29 at 803 E Center St.; see church photo album from 1909 or "Building History - Negro Churches" link below for more photos! There were also three schools within driving distance providing education opportunities for youngsters: Whitehall Normal School located about two miles east on Highway 16 from which students walked or took bus rides to Pioneer High School located about four miles south on Highway 6 from which students walked or took buses home; alonora Grades 1 through 4 village had high school classes while Alonoma IntermediateSchool operated grades 5 through 8 with functions serving mainly township children who attend Indian Schools adjacent to village limits
