In addition, there are several retailers including Ivey's Department Store, JCPenney Outlet Centre, and Sprout's Market Place within walking distance of downtown or via public transportation such as bus or train. Downtown has two theaters - one currently used for storage and another being renovated as the new Trump International Hotel & Tower - as well as three soccer fields which have been home to local high school teams since before Altoona had its own professional team: the Firebirds (1948-2009), Rockets (2010-present) and Pioneers (1973-present). The current City Council includes six members elected at large with two seats reserved for replacement members who cannot serve consecutively for more than four years due to term limits; mayor is not elected but instead appoints aldermen who serve staggered four year terms; each ward has one vote per apartment/residential building; there is also an election every three years for council members with no re-election limit once they reach age 70½ so that citizens can choose their successors from among themselves Altogether there have been nineteen mayors through 2018 with current Mayor John Chapman serving his third term having started in 2017
