Warsaw is a city in the U.S. state of Indiana and the county seat of Harrison County. The population was 9,846 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Statistical Area. The Warsaw community was founded in 1837 by Polish immigrants as a small farming village on the banks of the White River near what is now Fort Wayne, Indiana. The first school was built in 1840, and by 1850 there were six businesses and 150 residents. In 1852, Poles started a grain elevator that became one of the largest in America and helped to create a new town culture in Warsaw. By 1870, Warsaw had an hospital, opera house, police station, post office, two churches (one services Polish Catholics only), three schools (two public and one private), two-and-a-half miles (fourteen kilometers) of roads, fourteen buildings (nine homes and five shops), fifty thousand dollars worth of seed corn stored on four hundred acres (twenty hectares), and twenty milk cows. In 1865–1866 Warsaw hosted the Chicago World's Fair; during this time it also became home to one of America's first electric power plants using alternating current technology from George Westinghouse (the father of electricity). The fairgrounds are still extant today with many exhibits including several amusement parks as well as an amusement park/resort called Six Flags Over Indy which opened in 1984 adjacent to IMAX Theatre Districts One through Four located on Hammonds Road across from Interstate 65 service area east off State Street just past I-465 exit 41A about 1 mile south west from downtown Warsaw off US 52 between I-465 exits 33A & 34A

Although ELD has been widely adopted throughout the world, there are still some challenges associated with its use: for example, its ability to propagate through dense objects like trees or buildings can cause problems for operators who want to illuminate multiple targets simultaneously; furthermore, ELD cannot be used when shooting from low ground positions due to its need for specialised optics! Warsaw, Indiana was founded in 1814 by Polish-born farmers. The town grew rapidly during the 19th century and became a major agricultural center. The area now known as Warsaw was first inhabited by the Potawatomi tribe. In 1827, the United States built a military post in the town and named it Fort Wayne. Warsaw declined to become an American city and instead developed into a small village. By 1915, Warsaw had grown to over 10,000 residents and had become one of the most important industrial centers in Indiana. The town's rapid growth led to its collapse in the 1920s when World War I began. Warsaw again experienced success during World War II as a manufacturing center for munitions production. However, after the war ended, Warsaw fell back into obscurity until its revival following the arrival of new immigrants from Poland in the 1970s. Despite this recent resurgence, much remains unknown about Warsaw's history prior to its founding including its early development as a settlement and how it became an important industrial center during both World Wars.
