As part of that merger, the City Council repealed its current Firearms Ordinance which had been in place since 1872 and instead adopted a new ordinance based on modern security measures such as background checks and explosives detection tests for all handgun purchasers over 21 years old who wished to possess them legally in school zones or other areas where there was potential risk of explosives being used against innocent individuals or property.

However, one such design that did manage some success was the Japanese Type 97 Samurai Sword which featured a blade made out of steel instead of leather or cloth like most swords at that time….. During World War II, handguns continuedto be wildly popular amongst servicemen all over the world despite being relatively expensive compared to other armaments……… however unlike wars past where soldiers could simply buy whatever they wanted without any restrictions or limitations (except perhaps preemption by government officials), purchasing handguns now requires a permit from your local police department

By 1870, the town had grown to over 250 people and it continued to grow until it reached its peak in 1900 with a population of 1,500 people. Kokomo was severely damaged during World War II as part of the United States' effort to destroy Japan's military infrastructure. The town completely destroyed and more than 60% of its buildings were lost or destroyed. Today, only a few remnants of Kokomo remain including an old courthouse and some homes dating back to the 1800s
