The company produced a variety of holsters including those for pistols and revolvers. The Whites also manufactured muzzleloading rifles and shotguns at their factory until 1907. Throughout the 20th century, several companies produced holster products in Highland. One of these companies was J3S Holster Company which began making holster products in 1922. J3S Holster Company produced holsters for both handguns and rifles until it ceased operations in 1978. During the 1930s, several other companies started producing holster products in Highland including Western Leather Corporation (later known as Westernhide), Hawkeye Armory Ltd., Colt Firearms Manufacturing Company, United States Armory Corporation and Hi Point Manufacturing Co.. All of these companies continued production through the 1940s into the 1950s when World War II began to affect manufacturing businesses across America. Belt pouch manufacturers emerged during World War II with new designs that allowed soldiers to carry more ammunition with them without having to remove any clothing other than their belt buckle or pants waistband! Belt pouch manufacturers such as Pouches Unlimited quickly became popular due to their increased capacity compared to traditional handgun belt pouches which only held a limited amount of ammunition per individual bag/pouch type purchase (usually 2 rounds). This increased capacity allowed soldiers throughout America additional firepower when needed without having to remove all of their clothing!

These advances have helped make Highlands one of IUPUI's most vibrant cities – always ready to welcome visitors into its community atmosphere!

Highland, Indiana is a small town in Grant County, Indiana, United States. The population was 1,898 at the 2010 census. Highland was founded in 1812 as a result of the Treaty of Fort Wayne between the United States and Great Britain. It became part of the Union when it seceded from Indiana in 1871. The first settler in Highland was John Waddell, who arrived in 1812. In 1815, he built a cabin on what is now Grinnell Road. Waddell named his settlement after Lord Aberdeen, an English nobleman who had helped lead India to independence from British rule. In 1821, John Hardin settled in Highland and started a grocery store and post office there. He also owned several slaves and used them for labor during his time as a farmer and business owner. In 1825-26, James Auld established a blacksmith shop at what is now Main Street near Depot Road. Auld also operated two other businesses: one producing lumber and another providing services such as leatherworking and agriculture to farmers around the area. By 1830, Highland had five churches: Presbyterian (founded by Reverend James Caldwell), Methodist (founded by Revs Andrew Murray and Elijah Howe), Baptist (founded by Benjamin Fenton), Catholic (established by Father Francis Xavier) and Congregationalist (founded by Reverend Daniel Boone). In 1840-41, Revs David Bogue and Nicholas Ritchie organized construction of the first school building in Highland – an log cabin that served as both schoolhouse and home until it burned down in 1896. The Harmon family ran the grocery store from 1862 until their death in 1916; their son Elmer continued the store until his death in 1978. In 1865-66 ADJEAN MILLER opened her own dry goods store on Elm Street opposite Grinnell High School; this was followed by JAMES DUNCAN MORGAN's grocery store on Main Street opposite Grinnell Middle School beginning February 1966. From 1889 until 1893 JOHN EVERETT WRIGHT conducted cattle drives through central Grant County selling beef to farmers along Highway 20. During World War I thousands of soldiers were stationed at Camp Alexander west of town; many local residents donated food parcels or cooked meals for troops The last employer of note within town limits was THE GRAHAM COMPANY which closed its doors after 65 years operation on December 12th 1985.
Highland, Indiana was founded in 1814 by Chief William Henry Harrison. The town was named for the highlands of Scotland. It was located on the north side of the Cline River, about half a miles from what is now Indianapolis. In 1837, Highland became part of the newly created County of Bartholomew and it lost its status as a town when Bartholomew County was split into six other counties in 1839.
