Their goal was not simply To become “theleading retailerin sight” but rather To provide Customers with world-class quality products at fair prices while also building relationships that would last long after they closed their doors For many years subsequent OEA Owners maintained close ties with their Dayton Retail Partners creating what can only be described as an "unparalleled network" Of Industry Leaders." One significant reason why OEA stood out from its peers during this time period was because it operated independently from major distribution centers like JPC; instead, it relied upon its own warehouses located throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania as well as partners within smaller retailers who manufactured items specifically for OEA Distribution Centers! This unique approach allowed them greater flexibility when it came time to update or expand their product lines; additionally, because they did not rely upon mass production techniques like those employed by JPC - they could often source better quality items directly from European manufacturers if necessary! Greenwood has two main shopping areas: One is near Center Street where there are a few small stores including hardware store Hardware & More; another is at Union Avenue and State Road (now US-31), which includes several larger stores like JCPenney, Sears Roebuck & Co., Macy’s Department Store and Payless Shoes Inc..
