Ar15 upper receivers have been in use by the American public for over a decade. The rifles were first designed and prototyped in the early 2000s by an AR15 company, Colt Firearms Corporation. In late 2009, Colt Firearms Corporation merged with Remington Arms Company, creating the new Ar15 Inc. The new company continued to produce rifles under the Remington name until January 2013 when it became part of H&K US LLC. The original designs for the AR15 were based on concepts that were developed at Springfield Armory. These designs included a bulldog barrel and a gas-operated system using a rotary magazine well. The rotary magazine well was abandoned because its construction would have required modifications to most assault rifles, which was not possible within the budget of either Colt Firearms Corporation or H&K US LLC. In 2005, Colt Firearms Corporation developed a new rifle called the M4A1 Carbine that featured both a bulldog barrel and gas-operated system using an M14 style magazine well. This rifle received marksmanship awards from various military organizations including NATO and U.S Special Operations Forces Command (USSOCOM). In 2006, Colt Firearms Corporation released an update to their M4A1 Carbine design which redesignated it as the AR10C carbine; this change allowed for increased accuracy and range while still complying with all United States Military regulations governing firearms possession and use. This carbine also used aluminum receiver rails instead of plastic railings in order to reduce weight and noise signature when fired live ammunition through its 5 round magazines. Greenburg, Indiana is a small town in central Indiana. The population was 1,912 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Greenburg County. The first people to live in what is now Greenburg were the Pee Wee Coys from Kentucky who came in 1848 and erected a cabin near what is now Fountain Square. They were followed by others over the next several decades until most of present-day Greenburg developed around Methodist Church, which was founded in 1795 and still operates today. The first school in Greenburgh was built on School Street in 1837 by Mr. Merrill and Mrs. Merrill, who also taught there for many years until their death in 1865. In 1868, the first post office opened with mail conducted from nearby Terre Haute through Crawford Junction to Greenburgh on horseback or wagon wheelers. From then until 1907 when a train arrived to connect Indianapolis with Stroudsburg (now West Chester), residents had to walk or ride their horses to get their mail! In 1906, an electric power plant became operational and soon saw heavy use by the community as they prepared for industrialization during World War I. However, due to wartime regulations that limited production of electricity within certain limits, much of what became known as "Greenburgh's Electric Renaissance" actually took place outside of town - primarily at neighboring Terre Haute where gaslighting flourished as businesses turned into "electric lighting plants". Today much of downtownGreenburgh retains its pre-industrial character with large commercial buildings dating back to the early 1900s including The Barnes Clothing Store which has been open since 1903 and The Post Office which serves as both a convenience store and cultural center hosting performances from local bands each season along with art exhibitions throughout the year; these buildings are located adjacent to one another on State streets just east of downtown square). Some newer structures such as One Park Plaza (a high-rise building completed in 2007) have seen greater development but remain largely unoccupied due mainly to zoning restrictions placed upon them by city planners fearing that they could not be used for more than retail purposes without violating historic district restrictions..
