In 1807, General James Kapp traveling through the area discovered a salt lick on which he built a fortuitous location for what would become one of America's most importantSmelting and Manufacturing towns during the American Revolution In 1819 John Marshall createdwhat became known as Marshall County from parts of Henry Clay and Posey Counties in central Indiana Territory following his victory in the United States Constitutional Convention that year over Aaron Burr's effort to gain control over Indiana Territory . This led to growth along I-465 by businessmen interested in developing land around its southern terminus at Terre Haute Junction with Kentucky and Tennessee Railroad lines . By 1830 , however, construction had stopped due to lack of funding; this changed when new governor George Prentice authorized Illinois Railroad president James Shields to build a line from Terre Haute Junction northwest via Indianapolis then east into Marion County In 1829 Richardson saw an opportunity to open up mining claims along both sides of I-465 just south of present day Frankfort Township When he failed to receive support from commissioners appointed by Governor Prentice they organized their own group seeking financial backing with plans to start production as early as 1830 However, Richardson died before starting operations; this left his son Charles Richardson with ownership and control over much of what became known as Richardson County

At this point in history, firearms were primarily used for killing animals/ predators rather than human beings! As a result, certain parts of the firearm had less importance (i.e., barrels) while others (handguns) became increasingly important over time. For example, revolvers (which are similar to handguns) became significantly more common starting around 1845 AD after improvements were made in cartridge design! This led to increased lethality when firing various rounds at range!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Franklin was founded in 1771 by Benjamin Franklin and his wife Rebecca. The city was named for the Declaration of Independence, which was read from the steps of the courthouse on July 4, 1776.
