Red dot sight is a type of sighting system that uses a red, green and blue light source to identify targets. It is often used on rifles and shotguns, as the target can be easily seen in the darkness or when shooting at long range. A red dot sight typically has two buttons: one for turning on the light and one for adjusting its position. The button also allows you to zoom in or out. When using a red dot sight, it is important to make sure that your rifle's stock and barrel are both compatible with it; otherwise you may experience frequent errors when aiming.

The Fort Wayne Red Dot Sight History begins in 1945 when the United States Military set up a red dot sight on a small knoll in the city. The use of this sighting system allowed military personnel to target targets quickly and accurately, thereby saving lives during World War II.

Fort Wayne is a city in the U.S. state of Indiana, and the seat of Fort Wayne County. The population was 97,192 at the 2010 census. The city was founded on the site of an old French fort in 1802 by General John Walker and his force, part of a larger invasion against Native Americans led by General Allen Young. The first permanent European settlers arrived in 1795 when Col. James Wilkinson erected a trading post on Mud Creek near modern-day Fort Wayne. After several years, Wilkinson's post was destroyed by British forces during the Northwest Indian War (1805–1811). George Rogers Clark's force besieged Wilkinson's post from July 9 to August 15, 1807; after eight days of bombardment it became abandoned and its defenders retreated back across Mud Creek to what is now downtown Indianapolis. In 1802, General John Walker set out from Fort Dearborn with 6 guns and 150 men to capture or destroy any Indian villages he encountered along the route to Ft Wayne. He reached Indiantown Gap on September 12 and camped for two nights before continuing his march northwestward towards what is now Fort Wayne about day's march from Ft Dearborn. At dawn on September 14 he discovered an Indian village situated between Big Spring Hill (now Blackford Hill) and White River (the present-day creek that flows through downtown Indy). He ordered his troops to fire upon the Indians without warning them; as a result, many were killed or wounded, including some who had taken shelter within the village walls. On October 3rd he reached anotherIndian village located about six miles northwest of today's downtown Indianapolis called Greencastle; here he again ordered his troops not to fire upon these same Indians but they instead burned their villages down while their occupants still lay sheltered inside them! This action cost him three officers and sixty men dead - one of which was Major General David Dixon – as well as thirty-six American scalps! In all Walker captured or destroyed twenty-eightIndian villages during this expedition! Walker's success demonstrated that both artillerymen and infantry could successfully attack stationary Indian camps with impunity since these towns were unapproachable from other parts of the compass without risking life or limb! Soon afterward other generals followed suit in raiding indigenous settlements around central Indiana; this new strategy resulted in numerous treaties being signed between various Native American nations and white settlers throughout central Indiana during this time period! With continued raids by military units such as Generals Stephenson’s brigade under Brigadier General Elijah Ford – known for operations such as destroying entire tribes east of Lake Michigan near present-day Hammond – large tracts of land within central Indiana were brought under white settlement! By 1830 most native people living within five miles radius of where Fort Wayne now stands had either convert to Christianity or been baptized into European denominations such as Anglicanism or Catholicism.; however, there remained some remainingnative groups operating among certain portionsOf southerlyIndianaincluding northwestern Calumet Countyand southwestern Noble Countyduringthistimeperiododuringthe eraof “white settlement”inIndiana! These various native groups formed alliances with white settlers seeking protection against frontier raiders such as William Patten’s Shawnee tribe which conducted numerous attacks against frontier residents over issues such as theft/borrowing goods/possessing firearms etc.; moreover, whites also began investing money into local infrastructure projects like road building/repairs while increasing their control over land corridor leading northward into Canadan Territory!!
