During World War II, American astronomer Edwin Hubble dedicated much of his work at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center to studying star clusters like Messier 82 while European astronomers continued working on principal objects like Jupiter's moons Europa and Ganymede! After the war ended, many new astronomical instruments were developed at Goddard including: High Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(HIS) aboard Discovery; National Reconnaissance Officemillimeter/submillimeter observatory(NRO) called 'Cherenkov Cosmic Ray Explorer'; Jeremy Latham Ultraviolet Palette for Astronomy Experiment(JLPTEX); New Technology Microwave Spectrometer(); Extreme Ultraviolet Observatories Near-Infrared instrument(EUMETER VII). There are also numerous small towns located within close proximity to major metropolitan areas that feature significant portions of science fiction or horror literature or entertainment production studios! For example: Mishawaka (near Indianapolis); Garysburg; Noblesville; Fort Wayne; Elkhart Lake; Greenfield Village; Crawfordsville; Notre Dame de l'Incarnation Catholic Church - which is home to both Joss Whedon's " Buffy "and " Firefly "set locations]; Hammond - which is home to Hetalia Recap ; Waxahachie -home to Kane Hodder ' s Hellboy character ); Brookfield -home=to Adam Savage ' s " Mythbusters ".
