The purpose of this report is not to present a comprehensive accounting of all events that have occurred with Taser usage in Elkhart County but rather to provide an overview of some events that have generated interest from researchers and prosecutors as well as public opinion leaders in Elkhart County.

He used power from an underground rock quarry to run his mill which he owned and operated until 1903 when it burned down due to lack of maintenance funds! In 1886 David Wills founded Whatcom Manufacturing Company which manufactured clothing items such as coats and overalls for farmers throughout central Indiana including those living near Chicago before moving production into larger facilities nearby during World War I In 1912 what is now known as KFC started manufacturing chicken products under their original name Kentucky Fried Chicken; these days they are headquartered across the street from SuperTarget grocery store

It is located on the east side of the Elkhart River and is part of the Chicago metropolitan area. The first European to visit what is now Elkhart County was French trader Pierre Elliott Trudeau in 1814. He reported seeing "a great many villages up and down the river" but did not explore it much because he lacked horses and exploration was then a luxury for Europeans. In 1824, David Rice founded Rice's Mill which became one of the most important mills in Indiana until it closed its doors in 1957. In 1827, John Capps discovered oil shale near present day Warsaw, Ilion Township on what is now State Road 3 South (now US- Route 36). This led to Oil shale deposits being developed in this area by entrepreneurs such as George Wickersham and others who began producing fuel oil from these shales during the 1830s. The town of Elkhart was platted on September 11,1830 by James Kapp with land that included all of present-day Elkhart County except for parts of Warsaw Township which were annexed by La Porte County in 1836. The first post office opened in this town on October 15th, 1830 under name Kappville; however, it never took hold due to an issue with mail delivery services at that time between Boston and Elkhart City. Elkhart's growth came about gradually over several decades as settlers arrived from surrounding counties including Hazard (now West Lafayette), Plainfield (now Evansville), Danville (now Terre Haute),and other parts of central Illinois during the late 1800s when land prices were high following America's Gold Rush period. By 1851 there were over 100 people living here - more than double what had been called for just a few years earlier! During this time frame also occurred some very significant events within local history: On November 5th 1850 Neil Armstrong became one of only two human beings ever to walk on Earth when he set out from Eagle Rock Farm atop Mount Kilimanjaro while accompanied by Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin; furthermore Mark Twain wrote his famous book “A Great American Adventure” while serving jail time following a court case where he wrongfully accused another man; thirteen years later Elijah Muhammad founded Islamism movement based out of Elmhurst IL., starting what would be known asthe Black Muslims Movement
