Cedar Lake is home to one of the most interesting Ammo History stories in the Midwest. The town was founded by Nicholas Flavin, a Russian immigrant who came to America in 1836. It was here that he began manufacturing ammunition for the American military. The first piece of Cedar Lake Ammunition Company history dates back to 1855. The company manufactured artillery rounds and pistols for the United States Army. In 1865, the company merged with another ammo manufacturer, Hagerty & Son. This merger created Cedar Lake Ammunition Corporation which continued manufacturing ammunition until 1970. Today, relicensed under its original name, Hagerty Ammunition Corporation manufactures components and accessories for firearms including ammo cases and reloading supplies.

Cedar Lake, Indiana has a rich history dating back to the 1800s. The area was first settled by Native Americans and was known as the “Land of the Pheasant.” After the American Revolution, Cedar Lake became part of the Northwest Territory and was later renamed in honor of George Washington. In 1853, Cedar Lake was incorporated as a village and remained that way until 1959 when it became a city. From its inception, Cedar Lake City had a strong emphasis on education and commerce. It is also home to both Indiana State University and Purdue University-West Lafayette.
Cedar Lake is a small town located in the extreme southwest corner of Indiana. The population was 2,611 as of the 2010 census. Cedar Lake is home to two colleges, Cedarville University and Northwest Indiana University. It also has a large number of campgrounds and stocked fishing ponds. The first Europeans to visit Cedar Lake were French traders in 1607. The area was part of the Swedish empire at the time and they named it after a cedar tree that grew near their trading post on the river. In 1828, when Crawford County was created, Cedar Lake became part of it. In 1892, David Rice founded Northwest Indiana University in Cedarville with land donated by his father-in-law, James Crain. The university has since grown into one of the largest higher education institutions in Indiana with over 19,000 students enrolled in programs ranging from undergraduate to graduate level! Today, Cedar Lake remains an vibrant community with rich cultural heritage rooted in its history and diverse demographics!

The first firearms were fired with small shot-pieces which were then placed in an armoury for use by the military. Over time, cannons and artillery became more powerful, and it was necessary to find new ways to fire these weapons. In order to do so, ammunition had to be developed in a way that would be consistent with the increased power of gunpowder weaponry. The development of cannonball ammunition began in the 16th century AD. Cannonballs were made from lead or other heavy materials that were hammered into small pieces and then filled with hot tar or another combustible material. These projectiles would then be released into the atmosphere and cause great damage as they flew through the air towards their target. By 1500 AD, cannonball ammunition had become sufficiently reliable for general purpose use in warfare. Early cannons used a variety of different projectile types, but eventually standardized on shot-pieces made from iron or stone called “pikes”. With technology came also came new methods of manufacturing ammunition – such as casting bullets out of bronze instead of lead or copper alloyed with silver or gold (an early form of photography). This gave artillery commanders an additional means of striking their targets without having to risk exposing themselves to enemy fire. However, some improvements remained difficult to achieve and required many years of development – such as developing techniques for ejecting spent cartridges properly from artillery barrels A number of refinements also appeared during this period which led ultimatelyto improved accuracy when using cannonball ammunition: greater compression caused by detonating rounds near each other inside a barrel; improved guidance systems allowing shots to fall on specific targets rather than travelling along random trajectories; advances in propellants/agents making them easier to control during flight; better bullet design that allowed more efficient transfer of energy from round case head

Cedar Lake is a small community located in central Indiana. The community was first settled by Methodists in the early 1800s and has been around since then. Cedar Lake is home to a few businesses, including a grocery store and post office. It also has a public swimming pool and several parks which include an all-weather racetrack, playground, and hockey rink. There are also several smaller villages located near Cedar Lake, such as Westside and Crystal City. The history of Cedar Lake began with the founding of the town by Methodists in 1802. In the early 1800s, Methodists were the dominant religion in this area and many of the homes in Cedar Lake were built for their members. The town was named after James Gentry Cedar, an official from Kentucky who served on various missions to India during that time period. After James Gentry Cedar's death in 1809, his wife inherited his property at Cedar Lake and continued to live there until her death in 1827. This left behind a large tract of land that would later be developed into what is now Cedar Lake. In 1830, John Evans moved his family to this area from Huntington, Indiana and started a farm called Evansville Station. He would later become one of the largest landowners in Central Indiana thanks to his ownership of Evansville Station and other lands around it. In 1837, John Evans' son James Pemberton bought some land next to Evansville Station from John Evans' widow for $500 dollars cash plus four horses and four pigs! This allowed Pemberton to start building what would eventually become our current town at CedarLake (named after him). After John Pemberton's death in 1850, his son James Pemberton Jr.' took control of our town government which would remain unchanged until 1917 when we became part of central Indiana under statehood regulations! During World War I (1914-18), our town was hit hard by fighting within its borders due to its strategic location between two warring countries! However, despite this struggle, we managed to maintain our high level of development over the years! In 1917 we became part of centralIndiana under statehood regulations making us oneofthe most important municipalities within that region! Our growth has come continually since then as more people have moved here seeking economic opportunity (!), but we've never lost sight of our Mission: To Serve others through Our Local Community Development Efforts
Cedar Lake is a small, water-filled reservoir located in central Indiana. The name comes from the cedar trees that are found around the lake. The first people to live in and around Cedar Lake were the Potawatomi Indians. In 1818, General Anthony Wayne and his army invaded Indian Territory and captured Fort Dearborn. This event marked the beginning of the end for the Potawatomi Indians. After this victory, white settlers began to arrive in central Indiana and started to move into what is now Cedar Lake. The first post office was established at Cedar Lake in 1827. In 1865, Cedar Lake became a state park and was named after President Abraham Lincoln.
