It was not until 1933 that the first version of the modern day purse-bagpouch was created which featured both straps and a built in handlebar pocket on one side while another mesh pocket existed on the reverse side for holding grenades or other explosives. The popularity of purse-bags soon began to spread throughout America as people realized how handy these devices were for concealed Carry purposes. By 1938, purse-bags had become so common that they were listed as part of Section 3669(c)(2) of Title 18 United States Code which regulated firearm possession by citizens who did not possess any licenses or registration cards from state governments (this section is also known as “Open Carry”). In 1949, Congress passed House Resolution 409 which recognized the advantages of carrying purses with GUN POUCHES attached to them in order to increase safety while transporting handguns across state lines (Open Carry became legal in all 50 states within 2 years following this resolution). Beech Grove is a small, rural community in northeastern Indiana. The population was 1,569 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Tipton-Wabash-area metropolitan area. The name "Beech Grove" was given to the community by General Jabez Beech, who fought in the American Revolution and afterward served as an colonel in the United States military. The name may also be derived from "Beech", a tree found in eastern North America. The first settler in Beech Grove was Drury Patterson, who built a cabin on the current site of town in 1827. Other early settlers included John Cramer and his family, which settled around 1830; Daniel Latimer settled about 1836; Ebenezer Stephenson settled about 1840; Moses Andrus Settled about 1846; and Solomon Hays Settled about 1850. In 1870, Beech Grove had a population of 291 people. By 1910, it had grown to 1,569 people living primarily within its boundaries of downtown and surrounding neighborhoods including: Evergreen Park (northwest corner of Elm Street and West Capitol Avenue), Garden View (southwest corner of Elm Street and South Capitol Avenue), Brookline (east side of Elm Street between North Capitol Avenue and Eastern Parkway), Sheridan Square (northwest corner of Elm Street between Western Parkway and Broadway Boulevard), Walnut Hill (southwest corner of Elm Street between Broadway Boulevard and Northwestern Parkway), Maple Leaf ( northwest corner of ElmStreet between Broadway Boulevard and Northwestern Parkway) A new courthouse opened on December 6th 1915 replacing an original courthouse that dated back to 1792 which burned down due to fire set by local revolutionaries during the French Revolution days while under occupation by British forces Another landmark building located in Beech Grove is Hickory Chapel which is considered one of America’s most impressive gothic Revival style churches with an $8 million renovation completed in 2007 that has completely redesigned both façades with an all glass roof that offers stunning views over downtown Indianapolis The Community Theatre Company provides performing arts programming for children through high school students throughout central Indiana

Beech Grove is a city in and the county seat of Beech Grove Township, in Elkhart County, Indiana. The population was 7,865 at the 2010 census. The first settler in what is now Beech Grove was John Berry who arrived on May 30, 1815. The city was founded on December 15, 1872 by James S. Haskell and his wife Lucilla A. Haskell. The original plat for Beech Grove described it as "an unincorporated community located on the farm of Moses Fisk", but it wasn't incorporated until February 4, 1875. At its incorporation, Beech Grove had a population of just 10 people. Beach Grove became an important center for agriculture in central Indiana during the early 20th century due to its location at the intersection of two major roadways: US-14 and State Road 21 (now I-465). In 1928, BeachGrove merged with nearby South Bend to form one large city called South Bend/BeachGrove which still exists today as an independent municipality. In 1971, BeachGrove annexed part of neighboring Terre Haute which made it into another separate city within that county named Terre Haute/BeachGrove; however most residents continued to call themselves "Beach Groves". On November 1st of that year, all municipalities within Elkhart County were dissolved and replaced by a new single-county government called Elkhart County/Unified Government; however most residents continue to call themselves "Beach Groves". "Bluegrass" music originated in Kentucky in the late 1800s and spread throughout central Indiana during this time period before arriving in Illinois where it started being popularized around 1906 by musician Blind Lemon Jefferson while living in Champaign-Urbana."
