The history of bipods can be traced back to 1878, when two Wheeling businessmen, John H. Dyer and Wm. Fenton, developed a design for an ability to hold a rifle unsupported by the ground. This device was christened the "Dyer bipod." The original bipods were made from metal tubing and consisted of a pair of legs that connected at the ankle with a horizontal bar. These devices were used by infantrymen in World War I to support their rifles while they fought on the battlefield. In 1946, Wheeling businessman Clifford Cramer patented his own version of the Dyer bipod which became known as the Cramer bipod. The original bipods remained in use until the early 1970s when they were replaced by new designs based on modern technologies. The Cramer bipod is still in use today and is considered one of the most successful firearm tripod designs ever created. It consists of two legs that are interconnected at the ankle with a horizontal bar; these legs can be rotated so that they are facing in any direction (up or down). Additionally, because it uses modern technology, the Cramer bipod can be quickly converted into a monopod by simply adjusting one or both legs to provide an improved shooting position.

First, when humans move about on two legs they need to use both hands to hold onto things or use tools, which requires greater dexterity and strength than when someone walks on one foot only. Second, walking on two legs allows people to cover a wider area quickly and efficiently with their bodies instead of having to crawl or Ski surfboard-ride their way around obstacles. Finally, bipedality provides a steadier platform for standing up from crouching positions and provides better footholds for climbing trees and other tall structures. Despite these advantages, there are also disadvantages to bipedality that can impact our lives negatively. For example, when someone walks on two feet they may experiencebalance problems while walking due to decreased stability in their heel shoes (Figure 1). This can lead them into falls if they're not careful and make it difficult get back up after getting down (Figure 2). Additionally, because bipedality creates more body space between individuals it can lead to loneliness or social isolation (Figure 3). People who walk with others often find social activities easier because they don't have to worry about occupying the same space as others (Hargrave et al., 2003).

In 1907, when two other towns - Elmira and Peru - merged into Wheeling, its incorporation as a city made it one of Illinois' five "city-counties". However, much like most other small cities during this time period - especially those located near major railroad lines - growth slowed rapidly as transportation became available outside of Wheeling's borders thanks to Interstate highways I- 70/I- 680 etc.. However since 2000 things have changed for good: With bad news about Deer Park Hospital closing their doors after many years' service and investment being threatened due to lack of money from developers interested only in developing land adjacent thereto rather then providing quality patient care &above average wages (due largely to low ownership rates) wheeling reinvented itself as an affordable healthcare destination that caters not just TOHEALTH SYSTEM OWNERS BUT ANYONE WHO NEEDS HEALTH CARE!!
