The Morton Bulletproof Hearing Protection Association, Inc. was founded in 1984 by a group of individuals who were concerned about the dangers of gunfire and noise exposure. The association started selling products from their own shop and soon began distributing product to other businesses in the area. In 1992, the association became a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and began providing services to shooters across America through their website and outreach program. In 2006, they partnered with AmericanResponse Corporation to create the world’s first bullet-resistant hearing system for law enforcement officers.
