However, some locals returned during various revivals that happened over the years such as The Great Lakes Revival which took place between 1987-1991. Today there are still a few people living close by including farmers markets and antique stores which are all open late into into night

In 2001, Brownells created a new line of lasersights known as "Tiger Claw" models; these units featured advanced digital Aimpoint optics which offered superior performance over earlier design technologies when combined with updated software algorithms. Tiger Claw products began appearing on military rifles beginning in 2003 and continued into 2007[1]. The success of these new designs led to further development by Brownells within its Aimpoint division, which eventually produced what is now known as the "Aimpoint Mica". This model features enhanced brightness LASERShield technology making it possible for users to see targets even at very lowlight conditions while still providing great ranging accuracy.[2]
