One of the most famous firearms manufacturers in the world is Beretta, and their pistols, rifles, shotguns and ammunition are known all around the world. The company’s history began in Huntley, Illinois in 1892. At that time, Giovanni Beretta was working as an assistant to his father at a local gun shop. He noticed that many people in Huntley were interested in acquiring arms and he decided to start his own store. In 1893, Beretta opened up its first store in Huntley with only twelve barrels of ammo. Three years later they had four stores and by 1898 they were selling seventy-six barrels per day. Beretta quickly became known for their high quality guns and ammunition products. They also released a number ofGunfighter T-shirts which helped promote their product line. These shirts featured images ofgunfighters such as Clint Eastwood, Sam Peckinpah and John Wayne wearing Berettas while engaged in action scenes from various movies. With so many celebrities endorsing their products, it only made sense that some would eventually wear these NRA t-shirts themselves!

This rifle was made out of steel instead of wooden stock and hadshooters that could fire continuously without stopping. Because this weapon was so different from anything else at the time, it quickly became popular among hunters and farmers. After John Hunt's death in 1868, his son Samuel took over his father's business and continued developing various rifles. Samuel Huntleys rifles became some of the most popular guns in America during the late 19th century. In 1897, Samuel Huntley died suddenly while on vacation in Europe and his sons took over their father's company once again. Huntley is a small town in McLean County, Illinois, United States. The population was 3,871 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Chicago metropolitan area. Huntley is located on the east bank of the Kankakee River and has a total area of 24 square miles (70 square kilometers). The first settler in Huntley Township was John Hunt who arrived in 1827. A post office called Huntley was established in 1837, and remained operational until 1853. The first store in town was opened by J.W. Higginson in 1845. The village of Huntley was platted in 1888, and became an official municipality when it merged into the city of Chicago on January 1, 1893. According to the 2010 census, 82% of the population are White American citizens; 8% are Black Americans; 2% are Native Americans; 1% are Asian Americans; 0% are Hispanic or Latino Americans; and 0% are from other races or nationalities

Huntley is a town in Henderson County, Illinois, United States. The population was 1,879 at the 2010 census. Huntley was founded in 1837 by George Hunt and his wife Martha. It was named for General James K. Polk, who had been president when it was established. The first post office in Huntley was opened in 1839. In 1865, a railroad station was built here and the town soon became an important transportation center for central Illinois due to its location on the Northwestern Pacific Railroad's Union Station Route 6 corridor. The Union Station era ended with the construction of the Chicago and Eastern Illinois Railway (C&EI) through Henderson County in 1903. This left Huntley as the only community along that route without any railroad service until 1988 when Amtrak began providing passenger trains between Chicago and St Louis via this line. Today, Huntley remains an agricultural center with a small commercial district near its center. Hunting and fishing are significant industry sectors while also providing employment to many local residents including many farmers who still operate their own landfills and barns into today’s day
Huntley was platted in 1871 and named for Enoch Hunt, a member of the Illinois State House from 1851 to 1861. The town was first established on a small farm called "The Hunting Ground". In 1892, Huntley became the seat of Cook County. In 1920, it became part of the new city of Chicago.
