Firearm hats have been around for quite some time now and their history can be traced back to the early 1800s. In Glen Ellyn, Illinois, there are several hat stores that still sell Firearms Hats. The first store was opened in 1869 by Mr. John Fenton and his wife Mrs. Lillie Fenton. They sold firearms accessories such as pistols and revolvers, ammunition, and hats. The store continued to operate until it was closed in 1949. The next store to open was located on Wabash Avenue in Glen Ellyn from 1881-1887 by J.L Payne and his wife Jennie Payne. They sold handguns, shotguns, rifles, ammunition, baseball caps, and other sporting goods. From 1888-1949, the store was operated by Prentice Armour & Co., also located on Wabash Ave in Glen Ellyn. This company had a very large collection of firearms including handguns from all over the world as well as various rifle models from different periods of history. Another early firearm hat retailer was Haggerty’s Hat Store which opened its doors in 1892 within minutes of each other on Elm Street in downtown Glen Ellyn (now OpenAir Market). It is interesting to note that both Haggerty’s Hat Store and OpenAir Market were part of the same business venture called The Arcade which lasted into the late 1940s when it moved across Euclid Avenue to its current location at 218 S Michigan Street (later renamed Cadillac Place). At this point firearms sales stopped altogether but customers could still purchase hats at the arcade! In 1911- 1912 a new hat store operator named Wheeler opened his business at 616 N Chicago Ave in Evanston Township adjacent to what is now Northwestern University (now known as Northwestern Memorial Hospital). He offered NRA memberships for free admission! Wheeler’s Gun Shop specialized exclusively in handguns with an extensive inventory spanning all eras from Colonial era through World War II vintage weapons! From 1912-1914 we find anotherHat Store Operator named Cushman who operated out of a building at 5235 N Huron Rd just north of Danforth Mall (which is now Sears) before moving operations to 7243 N Hampshire Rd near Rolling Meadows shopping center where he remained until his death in 1969; finally we have Mr./Mrs.(Mr.) Fred Ewing who operated their own store between 1915-1925 at 820 South Dearborn St east of our present day intersection with Elm Street inside what is now IKEA!

They renamed it Telemarketing Corporation (TMC) and quickly became one of America's most powerful telemarketing companies with operations throughout North America including major metropolitan areas such as New York City; Washington D.C.; Los Angeles; Dallas; Houston; Atlanta; Miami Beach; San Francisco Bay Area; Toronto ; Edmonton ; Calgary ; Winnipeg .
