He designed a type of gun that allowed the user to rotate the barrel so that it could be aimed at multiple targets at once. The gun swivel was very useful for targeting projectiles from long distances. In 1812, another man named James Fenton developed a design that allowed the use of three rounds in each magazine instead of one. This modification made the gun much more versatile and efficient. The next year, 1813, saw the development of a new type of gun called the “Fenton Rifle” which used an revolving cylinder to fires multiple rounds simultaneously. This weapon was very effective and proved to be very popular with soldiers and militaries all over the world. In 1868, a man named George Stephenson came up with a design that allowed guns to be fired manually by depressing a lever on the side of the weapon. This system was greatly appreciated by military commanders and became known as “The Stephenson Gun” because it gave them greater control over their battlefields. Gun swivels continued to be developed throughout this time and eventually reached their current form in 1907 when Ernst Maybach created what is now known as an FN P9 pistol grip swivel firearm mount. It featured an adjustable metal beam that allowed users to aim their firearms at any angle they desired without having to twist or turn them around like traditional rifles do.

Elmwood Park is a small town in Cook County, Illinois. The population was 1,521 at the 2010 census. It lies in the northwestern corner of the county and is bordered by Aurora to the east and north, Batavia to the west, and Olivette to the south. The first settler in Elmwood Park was John Pecora who arrived in 1828. He built a cabin on what is now State Street. From here he sold goods to farmers and traders along Illinois' then-famed "route of travel". In 1835, two brothers named John and George Ellis arrived from Cincinnati with their families. They founded Elmwood Park as an agricultural community where they raised cattle, hogs, chickens, cornmeal and other staples for local merchants and farmers. In 1856, when Elmwood Park became part of Chicago Township it lost its independent character but developed into one of Chicago's most thriving suburbs. Elmwood Park experienced significant growth following World War II when many American soldiers came to stay or were discharged there after serving abroad. When Interstate 95 was completed in 1975 it directly served as a dividing line between Chicago's city center (the Loop) on the eastern side and Elmwood Park on the western side which continued to grow suburbanly until Glassell Heights annexed it in 1973–1974. Today many people commute into downtownChicago via I-95 or expressways such as I-680 or I-90 while others live within walking distance of stores and restaurants located near Northwestern University (northwest Side), Kane College (southwest Side), Armour Institute (central Side), Gold Coast Health & Wellness Center (southwest Side). Because of its large number of residents - over 1 million by 1970 - Elmwood Park has been dubbed "The City Of One Million People" according to some media reports; this moniker may have originated from studies that show that more than half of all residents are employed inside their own homes rather than out-of-towners working in businesses adjacent to their neighborhoods typically associated with cities such as Chicago or Detroit
The first Elmwood Park was built in 1872 by General Nathaniel Lyon. The park is named after Elmwood Grove, a wooded area near the town of Elmwood Park. The park has a number of trees and playgrounds as well as a general store and post office. In 1927, the park was donated to the village of Elmwood Park by Mrs. Josephine Prentice. The village renamed the park Elmwood Park Recreation Area in 1966.
