ACED's report recommended that both east moline and west virginia/washington Dunes communities have similar economies so that they can be interconnected through job training programs and job fairs" On August 14th 2006 after years of planning by various groups including city council president james hennepin himself representatives from all eight wards were gathered in front of City Hall Annexes meeting room A1 where they plotted out how their proposed vision would change aspects such as nightlife options restaurants etc...It should be noted at this point that there has never been any vote or discussion about annexing east moline into west virginia/washington Dunes Community which makes it very likely that city hall didn't even want to hear what was being offered
