Grant (president), Woodrow Wilson (president), Franklin D. Roosevelt (Ulysses S. Grant's successor), Harry Truman (Ulysses S. Grant's successor) and Jody Houser (President Obama). A number of clubs are located within the boundaries of the Village including: Country Club Hill Golf Course which opened in 1922, Brookfield Golf & Tennis Resort which opened in 1984 and Ridgemont Racquetball Center which opened in 2006

The village had a population of 137 residents when it was organized and grew to its current size with a population of 9,522 as of the 2010 census. The village's first pastor was Rev. Jephthah Kittrell and his wife Sarah Aiken Kittrell officiated at First Baptist Church from 1925 to 1941 In that year they were replaced by Revs.. Drury Crouch (1925-1928), Drayton Waugh (1929-1941), Perry Vail (1942-1945) and Hoyt Sweeny (1945-1950). Reverend John Gorman became the first Christian minister in Country Club Hills on October 21st 1951 after spending two years serving as an pastor at Our Lady Of Mount Carmel Church in Skokie Heights which had been founded in 1915 by Mrs Jane Shaw Garrison who later served as Mayor of Chicago; Mrs Garrison also founded The Gorman Foundation which provides leadership training for women entrepreneurs across America On July 1st 1961 the village passed an ordinance establishing a civic center to be used for cultural events such as dances and plays with an initial budget of $30,000 dollars . Mrs Evelyn Hendricksen Boestow served as President until her death on May 14th 1978 she leaves behind 4 children including former Mayor Hoyt Sweeny who succeeded her as Village President and also serves on various boards including that for Park District #1 which includes three golf courses - Valhalla club house & Troon Links & Deerfield Woods course - country club hills has now been renamed Lakeview Golf Course after Mrs HendricksenBoestow’s husband Dean Boestow who playedPGA Tour golf there from 1971 thru 1979 & head pro from 1980 thru 1984
The Country Club Hills, Illinois community began as a small town on the east side of Chicago in the early 1800s. The original village was located just north of what is now Uptown Chicago and consisted of only a few homes. By 1825, the village had grown to include over 100 residences and two churches. The first post office was established in 1827, and by 1830, the population had reached 1,500. In 1833, one of the first schools in the area was opened in the village. By 1840,Country Club Hills had become a thriving community with a total population of 5,000. Despite its success, Country Club Hills struggled during the Great Depression. However, through hard work and determination, the community emerged from its troubles reborn as an prosperous township with over 20 businesses including several banks and hotels. In 1949, it became a city when Mayor Richard M. Daley announced that he would make it part of his mayoral campaign trail across Cook County Today Country Club Hills remains an affluent neighborhood with many high-end restaurants and shopping centers nearby.
