In order to load an LHM magazine using a RHM pistol with a 3" bore, you will need two things: an adapter ring (usually included with the mag) and some cartridges[4]. The adapter ring allows you to attach any calibers (.45 ACP, .357 SIG etc.) compatible with 5 round LHM magazines while also feeding 8 rounds into each chamber of a RHM pistol when using 8 round UMA magazines[5]. If you do not have an adapter ring or if your pistol does not support 8 round UMA magazines, you will need to find another waytoload your mag(s).

In 1873, The Rifleman changed its name to "The Northern Gun Journal" and it continued to be published until 1957. Between 1875 and 1907, there were also two other publications that existed in Country Club Hills- one called "The Pistolero" and the other called "The Rifleman's Weekly". These three publications were all required for residents ofCountry Club Hills to maintain their firearms eligibility for hunting purposes.
Country Club Hills, Illinois is a town in Cook County, Illinois, United States. The population was 24,269 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Chicago metropolitan area. The village of Country Club Hills was incorporated on March 18, 1909. On November 5, 1915 the village merged with the township of Plainfield to form a new municipality called Country Club Hills Township. On October 1, 1925 country club hills township merged with Plainfield to form a new municipality called Country Club Hills Village which had a population of 14,644 as of 2000 according to the US Census Bureau. On May 20th 2006 China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) announced that it would be purchasing all interests inVillage and Township for $225 million and plans to rename it "China National Petroleum Corporation - Plainsfield". At this time there were no plans or actual signage indicating that this would mean thatCountry club hills would continue to exist as an independent municipality separate from Plainfield but instead it would become part of the larger CNPC community known as Plainsfield Park located just east of Cicero Avenue in Evanston Township. This change will take effect on July 1st 2007 when Village becomesPlainsfield Park and all residents must switch their addresses to reflect this change

Country Club Hills, Illinois was founded in 1871. The original residents of the town were farmers and their families who lived on small farms near the golf course. The first post office was established in 1872, and the first store opened in 1877. By 1907, Country Club Hills had a population of over 1,500 people. In 1954, the golf course was purchased by the City of Chicago and became part of Chicago Park District.
