This authority was eventually given to Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT). IIT soon began developing new methods for improving vision including using light waves instead of wavesform data to create images; creating lenses that could be adjusted infinitely for focus; and even fabricating retinal cells directly from soybean oil! This groundbreaking development led to improved vision across different industries including military applications such as nightvision goggles; law enforcement use such as reflex sights; commercial use such as reading lights; medical uses such as cataracts removal; and even home security systems where it has revolutionized blind people's ability to see! After several years' development effort by IIT's Department of Optics & Vision Research (DOV), the first true electronic eyeglasses were created on October 1st, 1963 when two MIT students named Floyd Robinson and Lester Pritzker developed what is now know as "Pritzker Eye Glasses." These eyeglasses employed an electronically scanned display which allowed users to view texts or pictures without having them reflect off their eyeballs! They were quickly adopted by many businesses throughout Boston due to their convenience and lack of distortion caused by physical objects near your eyes!
