One such company was Richardson & Hitchman Companies who built many iconic structures such as The Guaranty Bank Building (now part of Wells Fargo) and City Hall (now United States Capitol). Additionally, other businesses opened up around this time including a bakery, garage sales, and taverns. This growth led to increased demand for housing on the north side so developers began to build even more expensive estates with large gardens and swimming pools - something that continue into present day. This growth lead to increased competition among entrepreneurs for space in these high-end estates so by 1850 there were only a few properties remaining on North Side Chicago Heights while most had been sold or demolished. However, this did not mean that life within these walls was inhospitable; rather it was largelyBusinesses continued to flourish despite neighborhood riots in 1871 and 1875 which left many people dead or displaced within their homes
The Chicago Heights neighborhood is in the south central city of Chicago. It was developed between 1851 and 1855, when the area was part of the Town of Palatine. The original homes were built by early German immigrants, and many are still standing today.
