Nevertheless, over time new designers came up with new ways to improve upon oldgun technology and this led to some rather impressive accomplishments for airguns over the years. For example, in 1952 James Fenton developed what is now known as the Fenton Gun—an innovative firearm that allowed users to shoot pellets directly off a long-barreled shotgun using just his hand! In addition, during this same year Charles Goodyear created what is now known as an “automatic shotgun pelletloader” which allowed shotguns wielding owners to launch single rounds off their shotguns without having to reload them frequently! By 1973 automatic shotgun pelletloaders had become common enough that they were finally recognized as an official type of ammunition by both stateside organizationsShooting sports governing body The National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF). In 1974 NSSF released its first major regulation concerning automatic Shotgun Pelletloading—the Regulation 971st edition—which recognized self-loading shotguns capable of firing standard shot loads (pellets) through an attached magazine onto which pellets are fed automatically by means either Of percussion hammer or current force operated loading mechanisms

Champaign was founded by Adam Weishaupt in 1802 as a small town on the plain between two rivers, just west of present-day Urbana. Weishaupt named it after his friend and mentor Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, who had recently moved from Frankfurt to England to become a professor at the University of Göttingen. The first generation of Germans living in Champaign were largely farmers or mechanics; their descendants are still among its largest groups today. In 1868, when Urbana became an independent city, Champaign annexed parts of neighboring townships including Westmont and East Moline for $2 per acre (1/4th pound). This annexation created new neighborhoods that continue to form the core of modern Champaign: North Side, South Side, Center City, etc. In 1871–72 tuition rates at Northern Illinois Normal School (now UIUC) were raised from 12¢ per hour to 25¢ per hour with no benefits given to those who could not afford it; this action was intended as retaliation against UIUC's rival Chicago schools which had been reducing tuition rates without comparable cuts elsewhere in the system. After much public outcry and protest by students and parents, Northwestern allowedUIUC back into full tuition remission until 1876 when it again increased feesindexedtothecostoflivinginNewYorkCitywhichbythenhadreached300¢perhourplusbenefitsforthosewith incomesupto800$perhour). In 1886 UIUC merged with DePauw University to form what is now known as UIUC-DePauw University System
