Tasers are electro-mechanical devices that fire a projectile by electricity. They were first developed in the early 1900s and have been used in law enforcement and self-defense since then. There are different types of tasers, each with its own benefits and drawbacks. The most common type of taser is the HST (high-stability) model, which was designed for use against assailants with high strength or muscle mass. The HST sends electrical current through the victim's body to incapacitate them before they can harm themselves or others. The HST has been used successfully against suspects with a weight range from 100 to 350 pounds. Another type of taser is called an EZ-Tech Model, which was specifically designed for use against assailants who are agile or quick moving. The EZ-Tech Model fires stun grenades instead of projectiles, making it more effective at subduing attackers quickly and safely. In tests, the EZ-Tech Model had an 85% success rate when arresting attackers who reached 25 inches tall or less using standard tactics such as handcuffing and trying to pull away from officers without being able to defend themselves. Finally, there is the AED (attacker deactivation device). This device contains a battery that must be removed before use in order to employ the TASER mode; once turned on, it will stun offenders if they touch it then make them unable to move until help arrives. It has also been successful at disabling assailants during physical confrontations; however, it takes time for this mode to take effect so officers may not be able to arrest someone immediately if they tryto closest them while still wearing their attacker deactivation device

Eagle is a small town in the Sawtooth Mountains of Idaho. It is located on Highway 6, about 15 miles west of Coeur d'Alene and 47 miles east of Boise. The population was 1,822 at the 2000 census. Eagle is part of the Salmon National Forest. The town was founded in 1907 by Hyrum Hitchcock and others who came from Oregon to homestead on what is now known as Hitchcock's Ranch (now called Eagle). The first post office was established in 1908. In 1912, the name of the town changed to Eagle after an eagle that had been shot by pioneer Horace Greeley while he was hunting near the community. The first school was built in 1915, and it served children up until 1951 when a new school building was constructed. Eagle has one store, three churches, and two hotels- both dating back to the 1920s. One of the hotels burned down in 1980 but was rebuilt within a few years and now serves as a convention center for local businesses and conventions. There are also several apartments buildings that have been used for various purposes over time including a hospital during World War II and asasera apartments for low-income residents before being converted into multifamily dwellings starting in 2006. In recent years some developers have started developing properties around town which include restaurants, retail stores, offices/servicing businesses etc., however there are still many empty lots available throughout town due to its small population density making it difficult to develop these types of ventures without assistance from government or other funding sources

Tasers, or stun guns, are devices that shoot a small electric current through the skin to shock someone. They were first developed in the early 1800s as self-defense weapons and have since been used in more than 50 countries. The most common type of taser is the five-volt model, which can be used against people who are unresisting or who have broken bones.

In the early 1980s, tasers were developed as a less-lethal alternative to firearms for policing. They were initially used in experiments with law enforcement and corrections officers, but later became popular among civilians. In 2002, the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) approved taser use by law enforcement agencies as an option for punishment in cases of serious misdemeanor battery. Taser training is now available to all law enforcement officers in the United States.

Eagle is a town in Idaho, United States. The population was 1,752 at the 2010 census. Eagle is located on the Snake River, about 20 miles (32 km) north of Boise and 100 miles (160 km) east of Moscow. The first European to visit Eagle was George Washington in 1795. The town was founded by Mormon settlers in 1868. The post office was established in 1873 and the first school was built in 1870. In 1915, the city of Eagle merged with nearby Hayden to form a new municipality. Eagle has been home to several mining operations over the years including gold and silvermining as well as copper, lead, zinc and other minerals production from 1902-1973. A combined 3 million cubic feet per day of gas were produced from Eagle mines between 1912-1974; more than any other U.S., British or Japanese mine during that time period! In recent years there have been multiple attempts by developers to revive downtown Eagle with mixed results including plans for a casino/resort/conference center which failed when voters denied passage of an ordinance authorizing it; a proposal for high rise condos which also failed when opponents successfully lobbied against it; and most recently a plan to build an arena/park adjacent to the old site of Hayden High School that has seen some early public opposition but appears likely now given growing support within the community
