This merger made Eagle Gun Manufacturing Company one of the largest gun manufacturers in America with production facilities located across six states: Ohio (Frankford Arsenal), New York (Fort Hamilton Armory), Pennsylvania (Munson Rifle Works), Maryland (Winchester Arsenal), Arizona (Tucson Plant) and California (San Diego Plant). The company continued making rifles and shotguns until it was sold to Brownells Incorporated in 1973 who continue to produce these products today under their Brownells nameplate
