There she continued to maintain her own private range until 1922 when she sold it to JOHN BAILEY who made it his business property to operate thtarmes thereon until 1949 when he sold it again to LEE MILLER who operated it until 1976 before finally selling it back to PEARL MERRY who operates it still today! They named their settlement after President John Adams' successful effort to purchase land from Native Americans near Fort Hall for $3 per acre (equivalent to $61 million today). This gesture helped spur development throughout much of eastern Idaho Territory during the late 19th century - including downtown Boise CBD which experienced rapid growth due largely to trading opportunities available along I-80/State Street NW at that time. By 1903, when Congress passed legislation authorizing creation of cities within existing counties in Idaho Territory,Fort Hall had been abandoned; however its demise did not mean that development slow down overall – rather it served as an inspiration for future initiatives such as downtown redevelopment which continue uninterrupted to this day!
