As a result, much firearm debris from past wars wound up scattered throughout Boise City over time. Some of this weaponryincluding handguns such as Colt revolversand rifles such as Winchester Model 1895 musketswere recovered by locals during wartime efforts to rebuild postwar society after war devastation had taken place across America.
