However, some issues of the "Constitution" continued to be published through 1927 under different titles including "The Rifleman", "The Pistolero", and "Guns Illustrated". In 1929, Homer Hartsfield became publisher of the "Atlanta Constitution". He decided that it would be more efficient to publish all issues electronically rather than print them out each week. As a result, many old issues of the " Constitution" remain unprinted to this day. In 1935, Harry Blacking purchased the assets of what is now known as Midtown Guns & Ammo from Homer Hartsfield. Blacking began publishing his own magazine called "Black Jack". Unlike other gun magazines which were designed for sale only to licensed handgun owners or those who could afford high-priced firearms accessories, Black Jack was aimed squarely at average citizens looking for affordable rifle ammo and handguns both new and used.

Woodstock, Georgia is a small town located in the Glynn County School District. The population was 1,879 at the 2010 census. It lies on the Georgia-Alabama state line and is part of the Birmingham metropolitan area. The community began as a loggers' settlement in 1821 when John Wesley Woodruff purchased 640 acres from George Washington Carver. The name derives from "Woolston", an English place near Bath where he had been born in 1795. In 1827, James Fenton donated land to form the town square and other streets were laid out by local farmers and loggers. A post office was established in 1830, but it closed within two years because of competition from nearby Decatur. In 1833, Samuel Morse built agrarian cotton plantations in what is now Woodstock; these operations are still ongoing today. In 1840, Wofford Colburn donated land to make way for a public school; this building still stands today and serves as the town's only structure apart from government buildings。 Woodstock experienced its first major growth period during Reconstruction Era (1865-1868). Many residents moved to new homes or businesses in Decatur and neighboring communities due to high job opportunities following Appomattox Court integration vowing by President Abraham Lincoln that all former Confederate soldiers would be given full rights as citizens of their states regardless of race or color. Black Americans made up about 25% of Woodstock's population at this time; however, they constituted almost all of its business owners and professionals. Negro schools were established here beginning in 1865 through early 1870s when white teachers became available after being drafted into Confederate military forces throughout America. These schools eventually closed due to lack of enrollment or financial difficulties unique to black students living outside white households without access to education funds or other benefits typically accorded whites children attend public schools paid for by their parents

All these different calibers have led to vast differences in how well firearms function over time; some being perfect while others struggle significantly under repeated fire stress! The growth of Atlanta led to an increase in traffic on I-20 and so the town decided to build a bypass road to help ease congestion. This project is now known as I-285. When I-285 opened up, people from all over came to visit Woodstock and see the new development. Many of these visitors were drawn by the music scene that had been developing here for years. In 1969, Woodstock was chosen as one of five locations for the first ever World Music Festival.
In 1807, a group of farmers in Woodstock, Georgia formed the Second Baptist Church. The church was built on the site of a previous cabin and served as the first Baptist church in the area. In 1810, the church moved to its present location. The church has been active throughout its history and continues to serve as a place of worship for people from all over southeastern Georgia.
