Ammunition has a long and varied history in Woodstock, Georgia. The town was founded by farmers in the 1830s and began producing ammunition for handguns and rifles soon after. By the early 18th century, powder magazines had been developed for American guns and these became standard equipment on frontier militias. In 1795, Captain John Smith of Georgia submitted a proposal for the establishment of a government for what is now Alabama. His plan called for an arsenal to be built at Mobile Bay that would produce muskets, artillery and other weaponry. This proposal was granted but no action followed until 1800 when President George Washington ordered General James Wilkinson to build an armory at Cartersville which became known as Wilkinson’s Factory (now Fort Worth). Gun control ordinances started appearing increasingly throughout America during the late 18th century as concerns mounted about gun ownership by segments of society such as slaves and Native Americans who might be able to use firearms against them. This led to tightened regulation on both arms manufacturing and trade across North America as well as restrictions on importing foreign goods that could be used in making firearms. As a result of these regulations, small companies were unable to maintain their output or keep up with changing technology so much so that many failed within five years of being born while others lasted into the 20th century! In 1794 Congress passed An Act For The Regulation Of Fire Arms And Their Acces To Which The People Of All Nations Are subjected And For The Protection Of Our Country; which provided that “no person shall Manufacture any Gun Or Pistol Without Licence From A Justice Of Peace” This act also gave individuals the right to possess three shotguns per household per year starting in 1802! It wasn’t until 1836 that full licensure became required before manufacture began! As firearmregulation grew stricter over time it created several entities including Ammo Manufacturers & Importers Company (AMIC) which bought out most of its competitors between 1871-1875 according to current research AMIC manufactured all calibers except rifle rounds at their factory located on Paulding Street near Douglas Avenue West Woodstock GA

Many famous musicians played at Woodstock including: Bob Dylan, The Grateful Dead, The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Ike Turner & His All-Stars and more. In 1969, after a yearlong performance at Watkins Glen International Speedway in New York City,, The Band played their final show at Woodstock before moving on to other projects

In 1911, Woodstock became the seat of government for Dekalb County after being proposed by Congressman James Covington Jr.. The new courthouse was built here and served as the county seat until 1925 when it moved to Decaturville. In 1922, Woodstock also became home to the firstaucasian high school in Georgia when Brookside High School opened its doors. In 1949, Woodstock began hosting its own annual fair which attracted more than 100,000 visitors over two days! Today, the fair remains one of the largest events taking place in this historic community!

The first settler in what is now Woodstock was John McLaughlin. The town grew rapidly and by 1870 had a population of 350 people. By 1880, it had reached 1,000 people and by 1900 it had grown to 3,000 people. In 1913, Woodstock incorporated as a city and quickly became an important center for commerce and culture in the area. In 1940, the city limits were expanded to include present-day Roswell Airport.
