WBMG (WSB-TV) is a CBS affiliate in the Atlanta metropolitan area. The station was founded on November 3, 1951, as WAGA-TV. It first aired an all-news format and was owned by the Atlanta Newspaper Guild. In 1957, the guild sold its share of WBMG to the Coca-Cola Company for $1 million. The station then became part of the Coca-Cola Co.-owned CNN group during its early years. On January 1, 1996, WBMG switched its affiliation to Fox Broadcasting Company; it remained with that network until August 15, 2006 when it rebranded as NBC Owned Television Stations (NBC O&T). At that time, it became one of two major UPN affiliates in metro Atlanta (the other being WCSC/WCAB). WBMG has aired a complete daily schedule of local newscasts since 1971; these include morning show Good News Georgia from 6am to 10am weekdays and evening news at 5pm weekdays; this is followed by an hourlong block of pregame shows for both the Braves and Falcons each season. Additionally, WBMG broadcasts several hours per day of national news programming from NBCUniversal's National Broadcasting Corporation facilities located in Midtown Atlanta; these include live coverage of Olympic Games events from Athens and London starting at 8:00am ET/5:00am PT doorprior to their start times on February 14th - April 6th and live coverage beginning at 4pm ET/noon PT on Opening Day Day of the Wimbledon tennis tournament starting at 7pm ET/4pm PT on July 16th - 19th. During prime time weekday hours only - including late night programming - WBMG airs a halfhour block of syndicated programs entitled "Good Night America". This block includes original talkshows such as Jay Leno's Tonight Show from 7pm to 11pm ET/6pm to 9pm CT every night except Saturday where Leno starts at 10pm ET/7pm CT; repeats thereof air at 11 pm Eastern Time each nightfall. Additionally, during primetime weekends there is also a hourlongblock each day Monday through Friday entitled "The Big Ticket"; this block features live sporting events including college basketball games from noon until 2 pm CST along with talk shows anchored by John Roberts nightly from 12 am to 12:30 pm CST followed by another roundtable discussion that begins about one hour later involving business leaders around lunchtime following those events.

Firearms cannot be used in crimes unless you have an authorization from the police or sheriff department False again – just like anything else you might purchase online, handguns can also be used in crimes without having any prior permission from law enforcement!5. Firearms must always be locked up when not in use This advice is completely unnecessary and could potentially lead to more accidents than it would help prevent!6. All firearms need to undergo a background check before being sold This statement is False too – simply because someone has been convicted of a crime does not mean they should automatically have a firearm (or any other object) registered with the government!7. You need special training to use your firearm safely There isn’t actually anything required beyond basic safety measures like using common sense and following basic shooting techniques when handling your weapon!8. If something goes wrong with your firearm, you need to take it back to the store where it was bought This advice does nothing but add additional inconvenience for customers who may not know where their nearest store is located!

Since then there have been many changes in gun safety policy: NRA – National Rifle Association (national organization working towards increasing gun rights) Police Department – United States police departments use handguns in order to provide protection against crime rather than just shooting civilians . There are now limits on ammo available for pistols while still allowing officers to carry unlimited rounds in their sidearms
