The store was renamed the Georgia Arms Company and continued to sell firearms until it closed in 1881.
Warner Robins, Georgia is a city in the U.S. state of Georgia, on the Eastern border of Atlanta. It was founded in 1837 by brothers George and Thomas Warner. The city was named for Richard Hurd Warner, the founder of the Georgia Railroad. The current name honors both their father and brother. The population was 196,872 as of 2018[1] and is located in the Atlanta metropolitan area. The first Europeans to visit what is now Warner Robins were French traders in 1764 who noted some villages near the Chattahoochee River but did not settle there because they were unable to find any game or other useful resources. In 1837, two brothers named George and Thomas Warner founded a small town called Wellsboro on what is now Tryon Street between Pryor Avenue and Druid Hills Road; it became known as Warner Robins after them. In 1839, they started construction on what would become Georgia Railroad headquarters at Commerce Street and Pryor Avenue; it became known as Thompsons Station after them (the original station building still stands). In 1840, Thompsons Station was renamed Atlanta when General Nathan Bedford Forrest set up military headquarters here during his campaign against Federalists in December 1840. As part of Forrest's effort to unify all of southernGeorgia under Confederate rule (after being expelled from Tennessee), he ordered all stations along the newly created Confederate Railroad network to be renamed "Atlanta" – including Thompsons Station which continued its previous name until July 15th 1865 when it also became officially known as Fort Worth Railway Depot; this depot closed on October 16th 1965]. When American forces reoccupied Atlanta following World War II, they razed much of downtown including most ofThompsons Station except for a few pieces that remain today like the front facade of the old post office (now Peachtree Center Library) and some gable roofs from nearby homes (now part of Ponce City Hall). However, many historic buildings such as Hart House still stand within walking distance of downtown Atlanta proper with tours available every day from 9am-5pm.[2] Additionally many parts of downtown have been preserved such as Ponce City Hall where you can see an exhibit about early Atlanta history while sitting in your chair inside!

At that time, it boasted an population of over 50,000 people and many businesses that contributed greatly to its success: factories such as Armoury Manufacturing Company (later Arboretum), Pritchett Brothers Tea Factory (later Peet's Coffee), Wiley-Lambert Machine Shop (later IBM), Coca Cola Bottling Plant No 1 (now Coca Cola Co.), Rolls-Royce Engine Works (later Merlin Engines), Sears Roebuck & Co.'s department store anchors several blocks east of downtown, while downriver along Constitution Avenue stood Gwinnett County Courthouse which still stands today as one of America's most impressive civic buildings. In addition to these large commercial establishments there were also smaller family-owned businesses dotted around town including grocery stores like Waffle House et al., blacksmiths like Hardin & Glazer forge shop etc., among others; this diversity is what made everything feel more connected than it might otherwise have done at this early stage in town's development.
