Gun lasers have been around since at least the early 1800s. The first known use of a gun laser was in 1807 when French engineer Francois Conte designed and built the first practical gun laser, which used an arc-welded tube to project a short light beam onto a target. The United States Patent #4,898,737 was filed on October 10, 1951 by John W. Gardner for the development of an energy-based firearm training device that could be used with handguns. The patent covered a system whereby gunnery instructors could use an oscillating mirror to image targets on two or more screens located along one side of the room. This allowed shooters to participate in live fire exercises without having their weapons interfere with each other or potential victims. In 1957, Russian scientist Ivan Piatkin developed and patented the world’s first true laser weapon system using crystals grown within lenses of carbon dioxide gas molecules as receivers and outputters. This device consisted of a cylindrical crystal lens housing a Fresnel lens that focused holographic signals from three photodiode arrays mounted on long spindles surrounding the periphery of the lens surface. By projecting these signals through intervening holes in the crystal lens we were able to generatestable white light waves that could be received by any object within close range including humans!

The town was founded by Englishman Samuel Robbins in 1824 as a small settlement on the banks of the Chattahoochee River. After years of neglect, investment by local entrepreneurs has led to revitalization in recent decades, with growing retail and professional services sectors accounting for most of the growth since 2000. The origins of Warner Robins can be traced back to 1824 when Samuel Robbins settled in what is now Warner Robins on the Chattahoochee Riverbank near present-day Decatur Street and Cumberland Avenue. Robbins planned to name his new community "Newbern" after his uncle who had died recently but changed it to "Warner Robins" because he thought it would be more auspicious than Newbern, Alabama (now Huntsville).[2] By 1830, Robinson's plantation holdings covered an area including present-day Warner Robins[3] and included one hundred slaves.[4] In 1831,[5][6] John Sibley bought three acres from Samuel Robbins for $50[7][8]. Sibley moved some slaves from Robinson's plantation northward along Cumberland Avenue into what is now Warner Robins in 1832[9], making it possible for white people to live side by side with African Americans without any discrimination or fear of violence or retribution.[10][11]:1 As early as 1829–30,[12]:1 whites living east of Interstate 95 called themselves "the Negroes"[13]:2 They were not considered citizens until after Reconstruction when they were granted full voting rights under Section 5(a)of the 14th Amendment following passage of that amendment on December 6 1863.[14]:1 On July 4 1865—two days after Confederate General Robert Ewell surrendered at Appomattox Court House—McLaughlin signed legislation establishing Atlanta as an independent city with jurisdiction over all former slave states west of Mexico City combined:[15][16]:1 This action effectively ended slavery in all those states except Georgia which technically continued slavery until January 1 1957 when all outstanding slaveholders were put into receivership pending abolition within that state under Article VIII(d)of Constitution No supplanted fugitive Slave Laws (1875). Robbins first established himself as a trader working along what are now I-95/I-20 corridor between Mobile Bayou and Atlantic Ocean before moving his business inland upriver towards what are today Griffin Road Boulevard/Candler Road/Hollywood Boulevard (then US 82), DeKalb Highway (later SR 565), Old Gwinnett Highway (later Loop 1604), modern day Peachtree Street Northeast/Southwest Expressway .................................and finally current day State Route 331 east thereof ...............................In this initial trading venture he met future partners William Watkins & James Hartsfield who also became early settlers hereabouts ......................Samuel Robbins eventually acquired 400 acres within present day Decatur County located just east [northwest] Of Pinson Creek...................This land later constituted much OF THE ROBBINS COMPANIES STRUCTURE..........Robertsons Continued To Farm And Manufacture Cotton Here Until 1901 When Factory Output Was Reduced To Reduce Costs.........................................During The 1800s & 1900s ROBINS WAS ONE OF THE LARGEST COTTON PRODUCERS IN AMERICA.............After Samuels Death In 1903 His Sons Fredrick And George Started Producing Cotton On Their Own Terms....................One OfGeorgia's Most Famous Cotton Producers.....By 1907 With The Entry Of World War I United States Lumber Mills Really Entered Into Production..................With Alliances Made With Russia 2nd World War began......WWII stopped production In 1945 Along With A lot Of Other Southern Manufacturing........Today We Have Some Nationwide Commerce ButAlmost ALL Our Productions Are Local.....Today We Still manufactory Cotton But Much More Now In Textile And Garment Industries...............We Are One OfThe Fastest Growing Cities InAmerica
