In 1951, Atlantans voters passed an ordinance establishing their own independent school district which would later become Gwinnett County Schools; however, with only 9 schools open for students following World War II due to wartime destruction of education infrastructure across all Georgia counties, WBRC continued to operate as the county's primary educational institution until 1971 when all public schools in Gwinnett County were merged into Atlanta Public Schools under then Superintendent Drayton Coleman’s “Collaborative Planning” strategy which aimed to improve educational opportunities for all residents through coordinated planning efforts between public agencies and private organizations including religious institutions such as Baptist Churches (founded by Rev. Walter Camp) and daycare centers operated by Mrs. Coleman herself (later Gov’t.) In 1997, during a time when consolidations among various school districts were becoming increasingly common throughout southern United States because of budget pressures brought about by inflationary forces,[1] WBRC became one of several cities in Cobb County[2] – along with Roswell[3][4][5] – targeted for closure under then-Superintendent Doug Dyer's “Economic Development Zone Plan” program because they had failed to reduce student enrollment or improve economic development despite receiving millions in federal funds allocated specifically for this purpose since its inception six years earlier via then-Governor Sonny Perdue’s Economic Development Authority Act.[6][7] However, after more than two decades lay dormant due to numerous financial challenges* [*including $35 million lost from property taxes alone*],[8][9] following Dyer’s retirement in 2007,[10][11],[12] WBRC finally reopened its doors on December 12th 2009 with Mayor Gary Smith at the helm as part of Gwinnett County Community College District #1's 100th Anniversary Celebration *In May 2017*, after five years without any new development or plans announced,[13][14],[15],[16]), City Manager Tiffany Baird announced that WMATA will lease land adjacent to City Hall from GCCD#1 so that construction can begin on a new downtown library while also providing an estimated 20 thousand dollars per year towards future maintenance/updates thereof; this announcement came just weeks before.* [*According to Mayor Gary Smith himself†† [*whom Baird referredTo as "the architect" behind her decision making*]) An agreement has been recently reached between Metro Transit District No 25 (MARTA) and GCCD#1(WROX), resulting in MARTA boarding validation stops being placed directly next door - almost immediately adjacent -to City Hall Station; this will allow commuters traveling eastbound onto I-20 or westbound onto I-85 access directly to Government Center Station without having transit wait outside either stop

By 300 BC, artillery was being developed which consisted of cannons that could shoot Balls Of Fire (Bofors) rounds that would explode on impact. These balls were so large that they required a manned cannon to carry them, hence the name “ Cannon” from this time period. In addition to artillery tools such as cannons and ballistas (a type of catapult), other means of launching projectiles such as javelins was also developed during this time period including hand grenades and spears. By 100 AD, handguns had started to become popular in Europe especially among cavalry troops who needed firepower while on horseback. Pistol cartridges became popularized in these times as well with pistols becoming more reliable than swords due to their shorter range but greater destructive power when fired at close range
