The shotgun had an action that allowed it to be reloaded by simply inserting another round into the chamber. This gun was known as the Air Gun Company shotgun and was made by the Air Gun Company of Athens, Georgia. In 1911, the Air Gun Company began manufacturing rifles and shotguns under the name of Winchester Arms Company. These guns were designed to fire shot from a tube rather than using a Shotgun action which limited their use to hunting birds or small game animals. By 1915, Winchester Arms had produced over 100 firearms including shotguns and rifles using gas-operated devices such as muzzleloaders and breech loaders. In 1916, Winchester ArmsCompany merged with Remington Firearms Corporation creating one of America’s largest firearms companies. Statesboro, Georgia is a city located in the U.S. state of Georgia. As of the 2010 census, the population was 43,723. The city is named for General James A. Moore, who fought in the American Civil War and served as a brigadier general in the Confederate Army. Statesboro was founded by white farmers in 1836 as a small town on the edge of the then Cherokee Nation under the name Fort McIntosh. When President Andrew Johnson banned slavery within Alabama, some white Southerners decided to move westward into what would become Georgia and establish themselves there as well, moving their families and businesses to what is now Statesboro. The first courthouse in Statesboro was built in 1837 and it served until 1840 when another building was erected which still stands today - this time serving as both courthouse and jail until 1906 when they moved to their current location inside of City Hall (now State House). In 1851 an act was passed making Statesborough a town with voting rights; this led to growth since most people here were already living near cities like Atlanta or Savannah so becoming Townspeople didn't require much effort from citizens other than attending meetings set up for that purpose. In 1880, after years of being surrounded by farmland but with no development taking place due to various factors such as political constraints (eastern Georgians wanted more land), Mayor Uriah Heitman petitioned for annexation into Atlanta proper because he felt that his city would be better suited for business than rural statesboro –Atlanta granted him this wish without any objections from residents or councilmembers representing rural areas east of Interstate 75 (the only areas annexed at that time were Macon County which comprised most of western Georgia). After years of growth and progress made by municipalities such as Citiesville, Roswell/Macon County became incorporated separately from Statesborough proper; however many residents continued to identify with their municipally-owned townships even though all boundaries had changed. This situation eventually ended when Macon County seceded from Atlanta during World War II while Townsville remained part of Atlanta – resulting in many Atlantans feeling guilty about not helping Townsville whereas most Atlantans saw Townsville's separation as an opportunity rather than anything bad because it allowed them access to more resources while maintaining local control over its government In recent years however things have started changing again thanks largely to two entities: First are developers who have seen potential throughout downtown Streetscape has been completely redeveloped including new restaurants & bars along Peachtree Street making it one Of Americas busiest streets for nightlife –Bars such as these typically attract high end clientele who appreciate good food + lively atmosphere Second are individuals who believe that developing downtown will bring economic development directlyto neighborhoods where poverty exists currently unable or unwilling to invest money elsewhere

Statesboro is a town in Fulton County, Georgia, United States. The population was 10,471 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Atlanta metropolitan area. The town was founded in 1821 by Captain John C. Worth and his family as a post office on an old trading route between Savannah and Tallassee. Statesboro grew rapidly during the antebellum period due to its strategic location midway between Augusta and Macon (then called "Theopolis") on the Savannah River and its connectivity to other parts of Georgia through transportation links including roadways and railroads. During the Civil War, Statesboro played a key role as an important supply center for both armies because it sat on two strategically important waterways - the Chattahoochee River and the Alabama River - providing easy access to food, munitions, troops, horses, wagons and other resources needed for Confederate forces fighting against Union troops under General George McClellan. In 1865 after Confederate General Robert Ewell's victory over Union General Ulysses S. Grant at battles such as Chattanooga/Milton House Field (the battle immortalized by King Cotton) and North Bridge (the battle which resulted in Union General James Longstreet's capture), Statesboro became one of three towns in Fulton County - along with Milledgeville and Decatur - that were taken over by Confederate general Nathan Bedford Forrest following his victory at Battle of Kennesaw Mountain.
Statesboro was founded in 1795 by the Georgia General Assembly as a new town on the Appaloosa River. It became a county in 1802 and an independent city in 1906. The area now called Statesboro was part of Cherokee Nation before that, and its early history is reflective of that: it was a hunting ground for the Cherokee and their allies who fought against white settlers during the American Revolution. The town grew slowly until 1824, when it reached its peak population with around 1,000 people. However, due to increasing population density, Statesboro began to decline in popularity over time. In 1854, it merged with neighboring Clayton County to form new Atlanta County. By 1860, Statesboro had only 3 remaining inhabitants and lost all its land within Atlanta County.
