Snellville is a city in Fulton County, Georgia, United States. The population was 382 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Fulton County and home to the Snellville Municipal Airport. Many Native Americans did not want to leave, so a battle ensued. The Creek nation lost this battle and Snellville became part of Alabama.
