Loganville, Georgia's first post office was established on July 12, 1887.
Loganville is a small town in central Georgia. The population was 5,118 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Athens-Clarke County, Georgia metropolitan area. Loganville was founded in 1820 by General Logan and his family as a small trading post on the navigable Savannah River. The town grew slowly until it became an important cotton village in the early 19th century. In 1868, Loganville became the capital of Hawkins County after it was ceded to that county by Georgia Governor John Bellamy Cobb. The cotton industry declined in the 20th century, but has since been revived with a new Millenia Mills shopping center and housing development called "The Crossing". Loganville also has a museum, library, post office and several churches including First Baptist Church which services over 1,500 people.

This card allowed photographers to take advantage of professional photo processing abilities such as color correction, retouching, sharpening etc., without having to purchase any additional equipment or software. As photography continuedto evolve and become more complex, expanding mounts became more necessary in order to provide users with enough flexibility while still providing high quality images/videos
Loganville was founded in 1799 by Colonel James Logan and his family. The town was named for General John Logan, who had commanded the British forces at the Battle of Monmouth in 1778. In 1825, Loganville became a manufacturing center with its first cotton gin. The industry declined in the late 1800s but revived in the 1930s when it became an important RAF airbase. Since World War II, Loganville has been a small community with few buildings remaining from its early days. The town is now largelyresidential and commercial areas have replaced the factory sites.
In 1819, the town of Loganville was laid out by John Logan and named after his father, James Logan. The first settler in the area was Nicholas Troup who arrived in 1820. In 1823, a post office was established at Loganville and remained in operation until it closed in 1886. The town site was platted by Capt. George Fenton on March 12, 1824. On October 1, 1830, the town of Loganville incorporated as a city with a population of around 100 people. On November 2, 1830, the Atlanta & Savannah Railroad passed through Loganville and thus started its long journey from Chattanooga to Atlanta. This railroad made both cities much more important and helped grow the economy of both cities. The growth of the city limits led to increased development along its borders which can be seen in today's streetscape including many businesses that were built near transportation infrastructure such as Interstate 20 or I-285
