Loganville, Georgia is home to one of the oldest firearms factories in the United States. The factory was founded by William Logan in 1827 and produces an extensive line of pistols and rifles. The factory has produced over 100 different types of firearms, including shotguns, handguns, and rifle ammunition. The production process at the Loganville Firearms Factory is complex and takes many years to produce a single type of firearm. Ammunition at the factory is also one of the most important products that the company produces. The company’s history dates back to 1827 when William Logan started manufacturing pistols in his home town. His early pistols were designed specifically for use in Independent State militias fighting against British forces during the War for Independence. After independence was won, Logan decided to continue producing firearms for civilian customers. In 1838, he opened a gun shop in downtown Loganville and began marketing his new guns under the name “Jenny” Firearms Company. At this time, Jenny Firearms Company was one of only a fewgun stores in America that marketed their own firearms directly to consumers instead of selling them through distributorships (like Sears & Roebuck). In 1845, William Logan passed away and his son Benjamin took over management of Jenny Firearms Company. It wasn’t until 1861 that Benjamin became owner of the entire business when he married Jane Willingham (the daughter of another founder of Jenny Firearms Company). For several years after Benjamin takeover, Jenny continued producing small batches of handguns for personal use only; however, due to increasing demand from Civil War troops stationed in nearby Atlanta), Jenny began producing large quantities Of rifled gunfire as well. By 1865, all vestiges of Jane Willingham’s ownership had been eliminated and Benjamin had fully taken over operational control as sole owner/managerof Jenny Firearms Company – an era known as “The Days Of Benjamins”! Throughoutbenjamins period there were numerous changes within Jenny FirearmsCompany personnel: firstly, secondarily John Sievers joined the company as its general managerin1872andcontinuedto lead it until his retirementin1948; then again David Riddle assumedcommandin1958; finally Harry PrendergastjoinedthecompanyonJanuary1st1959became itspresidentandheldthatpositionuntilhis retirementin1970! During these various managerial changes there were often backups available should someone become unavailable for an extended period or if something went wrong with a particular product or batch! Finally on July 1st 1970 Harry Prendergast retired from his position as President effective immediately after serving two terms total! Loganville is a small town in south Georgia that has been in existence since the early 1800s. The town was originally named after General Andrew Johnson, who served as president of the United States from 1809 to 1825. Loganville was founded by Captain John Logan and his family on a tract of land that had been donated to them by Colonel James Robertson. By 1840, there were also stores, a theater, and a hospital located in the village. In 1865, Loganville became an incorporated municipality and began to grow rapidly due to its location on the railroad network. By 1880, it had reached its current size with over 100 residents. After World War II ended, the population decreased due to waves of migration but Hasbrouck Heights continued to grow steadily until it reached its current size in 2000.
