This system used short infrared waves instead of long visible light as its source to emit energy from a small lens placed just outside of the weapon barrel called an objective lens or objectives lens unit (OLU). The objectives lens allowed Far Infrared radiation from several hundred nanometers away to be focused onto a single point within range with excellent accuracy using only manual focus... At this time firearms manufacturers already knew about IR radiation because it was being used by scientists during optical research projects such as this one to improve aiming Accuracy with telescopes! In 1916, American physicist Theodore Roosevelt issued Executive Order 9274 which banned any type of further development of guns using IR radiation other than those specifically authorized under military regulation...At this time there were still very few commercial devices available that could produce high power IR lasers! In order for companies like Ford Motor Co., GEICO Insurance corp., Lockheed Aircraft Corp., Raytheon Co., Hughes Aircraft Corp., Marconi Radio Company etc…to begin developing these types of devices they needed government approval! Consequently most IR laser products that we know today originated from Western Europe or Japan!

Decatur, Georgia is a city in Fulton County, Georgia, United States. The population was 25,101 at the 2010 census. It is the largest city in and the county seat of Fulton County. The name of the city comes from its location on Decatur Creek which flows through it. The first settlers to what is now Decatur were white men who arrived in 1785 by boat from Savannah, Georgia. They named their town after General James Wilkinson (1755-1829), an American Revolutionary War general and Governor ofGeorgia during King George III's rule. In 1801, General Nathan Bedford Forrest moved his headquarters from Athens to Decatur and began operations as a cavalry general in the Indian Wars. He also developed a plantation here known as Forrest Park near present day Griffin Street and First Avenue NW. This plantation has been mentioned in various histories including those of George Washington Carver and Booker T Washington although it does not appear that either man ever visited or resided there. In 1819, Andrew Cobb decided to move his family here from Marietta, Georgia because he thought it would be a better place for them than Atlanta due to its mild climate year-round and lack of snowstorms during winter months. He founded Cobb & Company which built mills around what is now downtown Decatur with waterpower from nearby creekside lakes while pioneer churches were built throughout the area providing services such as schools and churches until they were supplanted by larger brick buildings in the late 19th century when railroads came into prominence in America. By 1830 there were over 100 white residents living in what is today downtown Decatur - many working at local mills or plantations while others still lived on farms northwest of town along Deer Creek Road west of present day Griggs Street SW). Many African Americans worked alongside whites both before slavery ended as part of indentured servitude or sharecropping relationships beginning around 1800 until freedom was won following reconstruction; some continued working into the 21st century under different names such as "Downtown Dixie" etc... During Reconstruction efforts led by President Abraham Lincoln (1861-65) to end slavery across America decimated most black populations though some managed to return home or found new families within white communities ernest Hemphill became one such individual ernest had several children born between 1860-1870 all eventually becoming attorneys including one who represented Jefferson Davis when he was elected president Ulysses S Grant (1868-71)... Ernest Hemphill died suddenly on December 12th 1870 aged 54 years old leaving behind six children: Alexander A., Julia B., Addie C., Willie E., Hernando P., all eventually becoming successful lawyers igor oscar harrison became one such attorney notable for representing Sam Houston during his famous victory against Santa Anna together they formed Harrison & Poe law firm... John Marshall Harlan served briefly as Confederate Attorney General under Vicksburg siege before being discharged upon learning about Sherman's march southward
In 1808, the first permanent white settlers in Decatur County arrived from Georgia. Charles Pinckney, a wealthy landowner, donated 4,000 acres (16 km2) of land to the new county. In 1836, Decatur was incorporated as a town. A post office was established in 1837 and remained in operation until it was discontinued in 1907. The first mayor of Decatur was John Pritchard.
