Cusseta is a small town in Georgia, located about fifteen miles west of Atlanta. The population was 3,812 at the 2010 census. The name comes from a Cherokee word meaning "haunted place." The town is home to Cusseta Cemetery, which contains the remains of over one hundred residents who died in accidents or natural disasters during the 1930s and 1940s. The first permanent settler in what would become Cusseta was Lillie J. Perkins who arrived on May 8, 1875. She and her husband were the first African American citizens of Cusseta. Lillie was born free on December 12, 1852 in Jasper County, Alabama. After she married Perkins, they moved to Decatur County, Georgia where they raised six children before moving to Cusseta in 1905. In 1906, Ira Biddle bought land adjacent towhat would become Cusseta Cemetery and started building a log cabin that he named after his friend and mentor Amos Kendall (1857-1927). Kendall had been bornfree but became enslaved when he was taken from his family by Confederate forces during the Civil War. He later escaped from slavery and founded Dixie Land Company near Chattanooga Tennessee with help from Booker T Washington (1856-1933), an influential black leader at that time. When Biddle died in 1912, his wife Alice took over the business operation until her death in 1951. After Alice's death, Patsy Phillips took over as owner/ operator of the cemetery until her own death in 1984. Patsy's daughter Tina ran the business until it closed down for good on July 1st of 2009 due to financial difficulties caused by economic recession throughout much of2008-2009

Additionally, Atget’s camera featured an AE (autoexposure) mode which allowed users to set predetermined exposure settings automatically without having to worry about alignment or shutter speed! This technology would later become known as automatic gear selection (AEG). Meanwhile, in Germany, physicist Ernst Ziegler developed what would come to be known as frequency division Dupont-François coding theory in 1916; this theory helped overcome limitations with earlier photograph design whereby each frame was limited by its own individual tonal range and resolution! However, despite these advances within photography itself – manyEye drawbacks still persisted such as poor color rendition (-10db), limitation with manual focus (+5db), noise level (-30db), slow response time (+50ms) – until World War II when advancements began happening that eventually solved many of these issues: phosphortransfer printing became available which made photos look much brighter while also reducing noise levels thanks to improvements with printing chemicals; electronic shutters became available which eliminated hand movement during Photography allowing photographers increased flexibility while taking pictures; negative pressure sensor devices became available that could detect when a person is touching something so instead of shaking the camera regardless of how small it may be – all hands need not apply! Finally came digital SLRs where all those advancements finally paid off and now we can enjoyphotos like never before thanks solely due thereto….optical amplifiers!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cusseta was founded by Captain James Cook in 1778. The town is located on the Savannah River, about 30 miles east of Atlanta. At its peak, Cusseta had a population of about 8,000 people and it was one of the most important trading posts on the Savannah River. The town was first named Spanish Town because that is where Spain established its presence in Georgia in 1685. In 1814, General Andrew Jackson moved his army from Cairo to Cusseta and attacked General Antonio López de Santa Anna's Mexican forces there. After a bloody battle, Lieutenant Colonel John Troup led an American force which routed the Mexicans and drove them from the town. In 1845, cotton mills began operating in Cusseta and soon it became one of the most important cotton ports on the Savannah River. The mills produced more than 1 million pounds of cotton per year. In 1861, Confederate soldiers burned down two black churches in Cusseta after learning they were used as stores by Union troops loyal to President Abraham Lincoln. During World War II, Cusseta played a key role in shipping foodstuffs and munitions upriver to support Allied forces during World War II. After the war ended, many businesses closed down but several new ones sprang up including a hotel and several restaurants which remain today major tourist attractions in Cusseta-based communities along the river corridor between Atlanta and Chattanooga.
