TheAtlanta Red Dot Sight History began as a small, but excited, group of shooters in the city of Atlanta. We quickly became regulars at the local gun ranges and started learning how to shoot handguns and rifles. By the time we were 12 years old, we had become proficient in both firearms and target shooting. We quickly became addicted to this activity and wanted to learn more about rifle sights. We found out about red dots from a friend who was an NRA Instructor. After watching some NRA Videos on red dots, we decided that they would be perfect for our activities! We went onto learn more about these types of sights and then set out to buy one ourselves. After many trials and errors, we finally got our hands on a quality red dot sight system that allowed us to improve our shooting skills even further!

Atlanta was founded in 1847 by the brothers John and James Ross. The city became a national capital in 1868 when it became the seat of the United States government for East Tennessee and Georgia. Atlanta's rich history can be found throughout its many centuries, cultures, and neighborhoods. In 1847, two American businessmen, John Ross and James Ross, started a small business in what is now Downtown Atlanta. They named their business The Fulton Company because they were raised near Fulton Street in what is now Midtown Atlanta. For many years, this was one of the most vibrant areas of Atlanta with businesses and residents coming together to promote trade and commerce. In 1850, The Fulton Company acquired land on Peachtree Street between Second Avenue South and Third Avenue South which served as the company's headquarters until 1872. The city of Atlanta rapidly grew during the late 19th century due to its strategic location at the intersection of three major transportation routes - Interstate 20 (now I-20), Marietta Road (now Roswell Road), and railroads that connected it to other parts of America. By 1900,Atlanta had more than 1 million inhabitants making it one of America's largest cities at that time. During World War II,Atlanta played an important role as one of America's primary military bases due to its strategic location near both Gulfport Naval Air Station in Mississippi and Dahlgren Air Base in Virginia. In 1945, when Japan surrendered following World War II, Atlanta became the first U.S.-held city to do so since Hiroshima days before that country’s surrender announcement on August 6th1945 On December 5th 1947 African American activist Ella Baker took her final steps from Piedmont station on MARTA into downtown ATL after leading a sit-in against segregation at lunch counters throughout Atlantans public buses
