The city experienced a resurgence during the 1990s with popular culture crops up such as The Office and 500 MilesEast (a reality show about life on a small-town college campus). since then however there has been much gentrification going on with many businesses moving out into newer neighborhoods while few new businesses have come online making it difficult for Atlantans to keep track with what's happening downtown
