Multi tool history in Weston, Florida begins with the arrival of men and women on the continent. The first Europeans to arrive in what is now Weston were Dutch settlers, who arrived in 1607. The area was part of the Spanish colony of Florida and was known for its rich phosphate resources. When the American Revolution began, the British occupied this area and it became a part of America. In 1839, Stephen Henson purchased 1,000 acres of land northwest of Weston from Spain. He named it Henson Ranch after his father-in-law. In 1845, he opened a store at 130 N Main Street called Henson’s General Store. This store served as a base for his cattle business operations for many years. From here, he exported goods to Mexico and Texas. In 1862, he sold his interest in the store to John Witherspoon for $2,500 dollars. Witherspoon operated the store until 1916 when it closed down due to lack of customership. In 1865, J C Payne opened a grocery store at 501 S Main Street in Weston which served as an early precursor to what is now Walmart Supercenter! The Payne Store continued operations until 1971 when itclosed down due to fire damage caused by lightning! In 1977, local developer Donnie Burch bought the building and changed its name to Burch Plaza! In 1984/85 Burch added an Earnest Dowling Theater which seated up to 2200 people! Today’s plaza houses several restaurants including Fine Wine Estates and locally owned Hardee’s restaurant! After acquiring this property from Burch Plaza Development Corporation in 1986 (the old bank Building), Walton County turned over management of both properties back to their original developers!!

Weston, Florida is a small city located in Polk County, Florida. The population was 7,912 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Jacksonville metropolitan area. Weston’s economy relies on agriculture and manufacturing. The first settler in Weston was Elisha Goodloe who arrived in 1836. Goodloe ran a grocery store and post office in what is now known as Goodloe Village. In 1881, he sold his business to Simeon Wagoner and his family. Wagoner started the first fertilizer company in Weston and built a sawmill there in 1902. He also founded the Weston School District which still operates today. In 1925, Wade Hampton bought land north of town for $10,000 that would become the site of our current-day municipal building and water tower. Hampton named it “Weston Hall” after himself and donated it to the community as an educational institution for boys and girls grades 3 through 8th grade (later renamed “Hampton Academy”). The new school was built with private funding using materials from nearby Stroudsburg steel mills. After World War II, when communities began sprouting up throughout Polk County as veteran soldiers returned home, Hampton Hall became one of several schools open to students from every village/town within Polk County (the others being Clearwater High School, East Lake Community College-Largo Campus), eventually becoming the only high school ever operated by the county government outside of Jacksonville proper! In 1978-79, due to construction costs associated with major road projects around town (euphemistically called “handling improvements”), Hampton Hall underwent significant remodeling incorporating Art Deco features into its sleek new facade…now commonly referred to simply as “Weston Hall”! After many years of use by local businesses including retail stores(Wade Hampton's restaurant remains open today under different ownership), service companies such as Alamo Rent A Car & Allied Equipment Inc., Chilton Plumbing Supply Co., Home Depot Hardware Store Inc., Ford dealership etc., demolition began on October 11th 2011 following more than two decades of neglect by those responsible for management & maintenance over time……..all while residents were kept ignorant….until finally….. November 3rd 2015 marks exactly 20 years since demolition began on Warwick Rd just N side of Hwy 19 exit...and we can finally say goodbye to an iconic landmark in Weston…..

Weston, Florida was a small town in Escambia County, Florida, located on the Gulf of Mexico. The population was 1,836 at the 2000 census. It is now part of the Pensacola–Gulfport–Ft. Walton Beach metropolitan area. The community developed around a wharf on Pensacola Bay and was named after Weston House in London, England. The wharf became an important shipping point for goods coming from Mobile Bay and the TampaBay region during the late 1800s and early 1900s. In 1901, local man J C Weston donated land to begin construction of what is now known as the Wade & Company Wharf which served as a commercial center for Weston until it closed its doors in 1929. In 1927, the village trustees voted to rename the wharf "Weston" in honor of J C Weston's donation and growth within the community since his donation. During World War II, many residents volunteered their time or money to help with military efforts including manufacturing ammunition and radios for American forces overseas. After hostilities ended in 1945, many locals returned home but some continued to live and work in Weston until its closure in 1969 due to budget cuts by then-Gov Bob Graham; however, some businesses still operated out of town until they relocated permanently to nearby Panama City following Hurricane Andrew's destruction that year. In 1984-1985, when Escambia County began annexing adjacent areas including parts of Gulfport Peninsula into Escambia County (then unincorporated), Weston slowly lost population because it did not have any incorporated boundaries - meaning people could move there only if they had property rights with Escambia County or if they owned land inside or outsideEscambia County that somebody decided wanted annexed into Escambia County (e.g., portions of Gulfport Peninsula). So although it never saw any major development due to this issue (although annexation did lead to increased traffic through town), eventually most residents moved away from Weston either because they no longer had property rights with ESCB/EscambiaCounty or because they realized that living close enough to county limits wasn't really worth it given how much more competition there was already available via satellite television services etcetera; however some people who stayed behind maintain their homes today through various means such as traditional farming practices etcetera keeping their culture alive even though their community has aging infrastructure which makes it difficult for them currently access basic amenities like water supply etcetera Nevertheless despite these challenges several hundred residents continue living and working near each other attributable largely eitherto cultural reasons like retaining traditional agriculture practices despite challenging resources etcetera or simply maintaining close personal relationships among friends/family over distance Some recent developments include: building a new elementary school off US Hwy 53 just south of town Center being redeveloped into apartments along NW 10th Street West main street becoming an arterial road once again giving hope thatWreston will soon experience some level of activity again thanks largely to private investment
