The company rapidly grew and within a few years had three stores across the country. In 1977, Red Dot Sight Company purchased its first factory in Israel and began manufacturing red dots internationally. Today they are headquartered in Corona, California with operations presence around the world. With so much history associated with this city it's no wonder that Red Dot Sight has become an integral part of local firearm culture here!

Tallahassee, Florida is a city in the U.S. state of Florida and the county seat of Hillsborough County. Tallahassee is located on the St. Johns River at its confluence with the Apalachicola River, close to both Pensacola and Tampa Bay. After French explorer Du Fresnoy's Expedition explored and mapped much of what is nowFlorida in 1804,[7] Fort Gaines was built at Sumter Island on Pensacola Bay by Governor James K. Polk to protect Spanish interests there following Spain's annexation of Cuba that year[8]. A small town grew up around Fort Gaines over time: part of it became Jacksonville (later Jacksonville Beach), while part of it became Tallahassee (later renamed 'Tallahasee'). In 1845, when Confederate forces invaded Florida during the American Civil War, General Prentiss organized his command into brigades under generals McDowell and Hardee for operations against Mobile Baylocker Admiral Buchanan's fleet blockading Mobile Harbor. At Bruinsburg Point on Lake Okeechobee near where modern day Enterprise is located], Union troops landed on December 12th under General George Armstrong Custer after marching 560 miles (1000 km) from Cairo, Illinois.[9] Because ConfederateGeneral Braxton Bragg had retreated across Alabama before invading Florida,[10][11][12][13][14], Union commanders decided that they would cross Lake Okeechobee instead and assault Mobile rather than march all the way across open country as planned. On December 19th General Custer led 5500 Union cavalrymen into Battle Creek Swamp east of present day Enterprise where they encountered 10to 15 Confederate rifle fire;[15][16] Cavalrymen then ridden forward through thick stands or cedar swamp thickets unsupported until they reached a dry creek bed just outside today's Enterprise Historic District; here General Custer ordered his troopers to dismount and fight hand-to-hand combat with their opponents hand held firearms behind cover using bayonet tips until finally routing them 50–60% leaving only two men dead or captured including two key Confederates who were later tried for war crimes after surrendering at Camp Butler northwest of Enterprise).[17][18]:128 He also fought successfully against infantry units supported by artillery under Brigadier General Cornelius Vanderbilt westward from Enterprise towards MobileBaylocker batteries near Ashtabula River junction - effectively breaking off successful Confederate counterattack Operation Cross Keys – eventually achieving casualties equal to or greater than those inflicted upon him himself at Battle Creek Swamp
