Scope mounts are devices that allow a rifle to be sighting in on its target without the need for an optic. Scope mounts vary in design, but all share one common goal: to provide a stable platform from which the optics can be placed. There are three basic types of scope mounts: Picatinny rail mount, Weaver-style rail mount, and Broach-type mount. APicatinny Rail Mount is a type of mounting solution used most often with rifles that have Picatinny rails running along their length. The purpose of this type of mount is twofold: first, it allows the user to place any number of accessories on top of the rifle while still providing stable sight lines; and second, it provides compatibility with many different scopes. A variety of adapters are available which make various adjustments to fit different rifles. Weaver-Style Mounts use four round webs or “webs” spread evenly across the entire width of the mount surface. A variation on this typemount called an M2 system uses two circles cut out of a solid pieceof metal that fits over the front screw hole on top ofthe receiver and around back into the stock tube so there's no space shown abovethe threads . In 1978 Mayor Joe Biden announced that he would be running for President and chose to run for reelection instead in neighboring Doral so much so that Biden essentially left office without leaving behind much legacy or infrastructure development within or near Downtown SouthMiami despite having been elected twice consecutively with majorities both times! In recent years redevelopment efforts have taken place around University Drive NW corner Jefferson Blvd., including One University Place - home to DeSantis' new Mar-a-Lago estate - making it one attempt at revitalizing what has long been seen as one though often neglected part of downtown southmiami

In 1893, a school for black students was founded on Flagler Avenue in what is today Little Havana by Dr. Samuel Morse and Mrs. Clara De Leon Morse. In 1959, southMiami became an incorporated city with its own mayor and City Council members. On October 20th of that year, then- Mayor Arturo Fernandez announced that he would run for reelection but withdrew due to health concerns
