This change was reported by local media and was later confirmed by a spokesperson for BFAI who said "TAC merchandise will now be called PEPPER Spray because it's more accurate to reflect the product's true purpose - controlling dangerous situations." The new name comes about after a federal judge ruled that pepper spray Lanthanide cartridges did not have any real medical benefits and instead served only as "a Lethal Weapon". The decision caused some controversy as many people argue that such weaponry should continue to be known under its rightful name

This building still stands today and serves as home to many local businesses including: PNC Banknorth Trust Center (now ING Direct), First American Bank (now Wells Fargo), Lighthouse Financial Services (later Liberty Savings Bank) and most recently One Stop Shop Solutions Inc., which operates an indoor pet supermarket/feeder station in addition to retail space inside this brick building from 1978 until 2006 when it became part of MMG Capital Partners LLC., an affiliate company owned by Marcus & Millichap Properties Group LP., one of Southern Florida's leading real estate firms In 1966, construction began on what would eventually be known as "The Boulevard" or "the Mall", which included four large shopping malls across three states: Fort Lauderdale - Everglades; Jacksonville - Atlantic Coast; Broward - Palm Beach counties united under one roof for the first time ever! At that time there were over 2 million shoppers visiting each mall each week! A few years later additional stores were opened such as Home Depot with its first location in 1984 followed by Sears Tower in 1986 making South Daytona home to more than one hundred stores total! In 2000 South Daytona welcome Honda Civic into its community with new civic centre constructed adjacent to Veterans Memorial Park giving residents easy access to all types of Honda vehicles both within city limits and outside them! By 2007 all but two core retailers had closed leaving only six remaining anchors: Circuit City Outlet Store open since 1980 left vacant after being bought by Sears Holdings Corporation.; Navy Federal Credit Union - operational since 1959 vacated its downtown location next door due development plans for Westchester Village; Mastercard Arena opened in December 2002 replacing nearby US Airways Center; Toys 'R' Us filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection November 9th 2009 selling all assets including inventory valued at $2 billion less liabilities associated with leases outstanding related thereto affecting over 200 jobs including 60% workforce!!!!!!!

South Daytona, Florida is a small town located in Volusia County, Florida. The population was 3,521 at the 2010 census. South Daytona has been inhabited by Native American and Spanish settlers for over two hundred years. The first white people to set foot in what is now South Daytona were families of the Flagler family who immigrated from Georgia in 1837. They built a log cabin on the site of what is now the Veterans Memorial Stadium which they called "The Old Fort." In 1846, Captain John Fenton and his party landed on this same site and named it after their home state of Georgia - "The Jacksonville of Florida." In 1868, Commodore James A. Cook sailed his shipwrecked expedition from Miami Bay into Lake Seminole and anchored here while he explored the area southwest of Tampa Bay. The next year, another group of Americans landed at this spot - this time led by Captain John Halleck - and called it "Hollywood" because they had seen an Indian painting that depicted Palm Springs (now Hollywood) as if it was an ancient city. In 1898, South Daytona became part of Escambia County when it was separated from Volusia County. The population increased rapidly during World War I as many men enlisted in the military or served abroad. Many businesses were founded during this time including Grumman Aircraft Corporation (later Hughes Aircraft), Pritchard's grocery store, Gibson Chevrolet dealership and Citrus Motorsports Park which hosted auto races throughout the 1920s and 1930s. After World War II ended there was significant growth in south Daytona as people began to move into the area following its completion as a Naval airbase during World War II with its many aircraft storage facilities and support services such as fuel docks and runways. Today most notable about South Daytona are its links with aviation history with various buildings such as veterans memorial stadium/venue which has been used for both sports events (e.g., football games) since 1959; Grumman Aircraft Corporation Headquarters Building which houses offices adjacent to one of America's largest open-air hangar systems; USS Constitution Museum inside Battery Park; several thousand artifacts associated with local citrus growers dating back to before citrus processing plants even existed; more than fifty restaurants scattered around town including several locally owned Italian restaurants along with Boutique Row where boutiques provide unique items sourced only from within Broward County; numerous antique stores located throughout town; extensive collection of vintage cars available for sale or lease through multiple dealerships
