In the early 1800s, Pembroke Pines was a small town in Broward County, Florida. It was home to some of the first optical equipment and devices made for use in reading or watching television. In 1892, John Litton started making glass beads for window blinds and other items. He soon created a company that would become one of the most successful in the business. By 1912, Litton had built two factories in Pines and employed over 200 workers. The company became known as Litton Optical Materials Corporation (LOTM). The late 1800s were a time of great change for optics. One significant development was the invention of photography by Nicholas-Jacques Conte in 1839. This new form of recording images allowed people to see things they couldn’t before. With photography came also new ways to make money from it: movies became popular after being developed using this technology. However, photography wasn’t the only thing that changed during this time; lightbulbs also began becoming available which allowed people to see things much better than ever before. By 1922, LOTM had become one of the largest companies in America when it merged with other firms to create Allied Glass Company (AGC). AGC continued manufacturing optical products until 1991 when it merged with Dow Corning Corporation to form Dow Agrochemicals Incorporated (DOW). During its history, LOTM has produced some incredible technological products such as water filters and eyeglasses!

In the early 1800s, optical equipment was still in its infancy. However, there were a number of inventors and manufacturers who had ideas about how to improve upon what was already being produced. One such inventor was Nicholas-Jacques Conte, who came up with the concept of an adjustable lens. This would later be renamed the monochrome camera. In 1855, Conte patented his first monochrome camera system which used two lenses that were linked together by a hinge. The resulting photograph could be rotated so that it could show different parts of the picture at different angles. However, this wasn’t the end of Monochrome Camera technology – many other inventors and manufacturers soon followed suit with their own innovations. These include George Eastman Kodak and Walter Eitelbach who both developed ASA film systems which allowed for photosensitive films to be created in multiple colors (black & white, color negative and color slide). As technology progressed, monochrome cameras became more popular among photographers because they could produce higher frame rates than even colour cameras – typically capable of producing images between 20 and 100 per second! This popularity led to several companies becoming very interested in developing monochrome photo technologies; these included Kodak (founded in 1923), Siemens AG (founded in 1876) and Bell Telephone Laboratories (founded in 1935). In 1954, Bell System introduced its own line of monochrome cameras called “Red Photographic Tape” which became extremely popular due to their high quality images and low noise levels. Unfortunately, this type of photography didn’t last very long as digital photography began to take over; unfortunately, most early monochrome tapes are now lost or have been destroyed over time!

Pembroke Pines, Florida is a small town located in Pinellas County, Florida. The population was 4,869 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Tampa-St Petersburg-Clearwater metropolitan area. The history of Pembroke Pines began with the arrival of European settlers in 1763. The first permanent European settler in what is now Pinellas County was Nicholaslate de Soto and his party from Cuba. They were looking for land to plant sugarcane and found an opening on the east coast of modern day Pinellas County when they crossed over into Sarasota Bay. The earliest known settlement in what is now Pembroke Pines was founded by Captain John Smith in 1699 as a trading post on the west side of Clearwater River near present day Hialeah. In 1763, Governor Manuel Floridas authorized Colonel James Moore to build Fort Myers on Coos Bayou to protect Spanish interests in Southwest Florida during the French and Indian War (1754-1763). After Spain ceded its interest in Florida to Great Britain during the war, Fort Myers became an American military post known as Stonington Pointe. On December 14, 1765, a company of unpaid militiamen under Lieutenant Colonel James Wilkinson destroyed a slave trading fort at Moultrie Island off DeSoto Key after capturing several slaves working for their masters there. In 1821, Josefina Victoria de la Vega bought land south of Clearwater River from Andrew Johnson along with all other properties within our borders that had been acquired by him from General Pedro Menéndez de Avilés during his victorious Invasion of Tampa Bay in 1819 which ended Seminole Wars between Native Americans and English colonists living near Tampa Bay colonies including Stonington Pointe garrisoned by British regulars led by Major David Friedrich von Steuben’s regiment under General William Troup who evacuated Ft Myers following Siege Of Pensacola (1815). Mrs. Victoria also acquired 160 acres (66 hectares) northward along Clearwater River opposite her original purchase property from General Menéndez de Avilés where she built a large plantation named after herself – La Romana – one which continues to be extant until this day as Baker Plantation Museum & Park located adjacent to US 1/US 9 just south of I-275 exit 8A about two miles east of downtown Pembroke Pines . Pinellas County was created from portions of Hillsborough and Pasco counties on February 3rd , 1912 . At that time it included parts or all present day Pinellas Beach,, Dunedin,, Deerfield Beach,, Escambia Beach,,Marco Island
Pembroke Pines was founded in 1868 by General Joseph Wheeler as a citrus plantation. It became an important cotton and sugar cane plantation until the 1920s, when it was sold to the Beaumont Company. The Beaumont Company operated the plantation until 1978, when it was sold to Brown Brothers Harriman. The plantation closed in 1980.
