Bipedalism has been present in North Miami, Florida for centuries. The first bipedal humans to live in this area were the Creek Indians who hunted and fished along the Miami River. By 1400 AD, human beings had started using dogs as part of their hunting and fishing teams. Soon after, humans began travelling through the area on Religious pilgrimages. This was when they began encountering European settlers who called these areas “The Great Lakes” because of the vast body of water that surrounded them. In 1821, a group of English settlers led by Captain James Cook landed on what is now known as Coconut Island in the Miami River and discovered a landmass that they named Australia after Captain Cook’s Fenian crewmember Alexander Maclaren (1779-1825). These settlers were quicklyy replaced by Spanish colonists who explored this area more extensively. In 1835, Spain ceded Florida to US Government under the terms of the Treaty of Doña Ana which defined Cuba as part of Mexico while giving Florida to US Govt for exclusive use by Americans. BipedalISM continued to spread throughout America during this time with people using horses for transportation and dog teams for hunting and fishing purposes. Horses eventually became extinct in America during the 1800’s due to overgrazing and competition from motor vehicles. Dog teams still used by many Americans during this time however, primarily for sledding operations across frozen landscapes or snowmobiling in remote areas where there was no other means available for transport

The United States annexed Dade County on March 4th 1827 and on July 5th 1828 Congress passed an act providing for boundary changes within Dade County resulting in Broward taking over most of what had once been Nueva Vizcaya including North Miami.* Although originally Indian free land within Dade County boundaries until after 1800, white settlement began rapidly after annexation and growth in downtownMiami prompted developers such as Hirschfeld & Company (a real estate firm) and others to build new neighborhoods such as Biscayne Boulevard (then called Roosevelt Roads) which today make up much of South Beach and Causeway Coast neighborhoods adjoining DowntownMiami. The development of bipedality was not without its challenges. For one, it required a greater level of dexterity than many existing species, which made walking and running difficult tasks. Additionally, bipedals had to learn how to balance themselves so that they could move around safely and efficiently. This was an important process because it allowed humans to develop more efficient hunting and scavenging techniques as well as better communication skills. However, over time, progress towards true bipedality became more common across different parts of the world. By 508 BCE, there were already numerous references indicating that people in India had managed to combine both legs into a single unit called a tandavahana (or “two-legged man”). This demonstrates just how far human beings had come since their earliest ancestor – even though they still relied on two legs for most everyday activities! Although some challenges remained until well into the 20th century – such as difficulties with using equipment while travelling or balancing oneself while Ascendant – overall human achievement in this field was impressive. Indeed, by 2025 CE there existed only a handful of countries remaining where half or more of the population still relied upon two-legged movement for work and daily life!

The town grew quickly, and by 1830 had a population of over 1,500 people. In 1835, Fort Lauderdale became the capital of Florida when Jacksonville was made the state's capital. The following year saw the opening of Miami Beach, which became one of South America's most popular tourism destinations during the turn-of-the-century boom period. North Miami experienced some significant growth during World War II as many American soldiers were stationed there before and after the war. After the war ended in 1945, North Miami continued to grow rapidly with new development coming along NE 3rd Street and NW 8th Avenue. Today NorthMiami is home to some of Palm Beach County's most affluent residents and is also an important commercial center for much of Broward County.
