In 1886 a group led by real estate developer Henry Flagler bought 5% interest in National Bank (now JPMorgan Chase Bank) from A&P grocery store founder James Buchanan Barnett for $500; Barnett later became one of Flagler's partners inoulosian dynasty businesses such as Jardin Brothers ice cream parlor chain based at 7010 NW 27th St., The Bahamas Land Company operated parcels near Brickell Avenue until it closed down due to debtors' defaults in 1946; US Steel company built an steel plant onBrowndenvelope adjacent to current day University Mall; numerous light industrial sites were developed during this time including Pabst Brewery (opened 1903), State Development Corporation Airport serving both local airlines Logan International Airport & Ryanair Airlines (opened 1977), Sunoco Logistics Corporation manufactured gasoline drums from 1951-1975 at site along NE 71st St.; then Wachoviabank also opened a branch in 1958 adjacent to current day University Mall about midway between Browndenvelope & Marlins Park

The years since have seen some significant changes take place in NorthMiami. For example, after Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans in 2005, many Floridians decided they wanted their own version of Katrina – which is why NorthMiami saw such strong development after the storm! Additionally, there has been a growing trend of young professionals moving into this neighborhood – which has helped increase its popularity among residents and businesses alike! Overall, NorthMiami has experienced some incredible changes over time – so it's no wonder why it's considered an important part of Florida history!
